    Abstract: In accordance with the present invention, a powdery material and a positive electrode mixture for providing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery capable of exhibiting a higher output under high current rate conditions are provided. The powdery material according to the present invention comprises a positive electrode active material powder having an average particle diameter of from 0.05 ?m to 1 ?m and two or more types of graphite powder wherein the average particle diameters of the two or more types of the graphite powder are different from each other and each graphite powder has an average particle diameter of from 0.01 ?m to 20 ?m.
