  • Patent number: 6311966
Abstract: A head support rest 29 is provided with machine bodies 21, 25 being movable and drivable in a horizontal direction, being free to go up and down. One or more absorption means aggregates 550 are provided with the head support rest 29, being free to move and position in a horizontal two-dimensional direction through a horizontal direction moving structure 33, 35, 36, 47, 49, 51 and 52. The absorption means aggregate 550 has a plurality of absorption means 55 provided such that absorption portions 57 are adjacent to one another. Absorption driving means 60, 62, 63, 65 are connected with each of absorption means 55. Then, a fine workpiece having complex shape can be also appropriately absorbed and carried.

  • Patent number: 5359175
Abstract: Laser machining system including a laser machine, a stack yard for storing pallets, a stacker crane for transferring pallets. Standard pallets and multi-pallets are stored in the stack yard. The standard pallet has a pallet base and plates are piled on the pallet base directly. The multi-pallet comprises a pallet base and pallet components stacked on the pallet base. Each pallet has pallet components which each store a single plate. A transfer device is provided for loading a blank plate (pre-worked plate) to the laser machine and unloading a post-worked plate from the laser machine. Returning devices are provided for returning post-worked plates to the stack yard.

  • Patent number: 5192848
Abstract: Various kinds of raw workpieces are stocked in a stocker. A predetermined kind of the workpiece is selected from the stocker with a lifter so as to move to a loading station. The workpiece is held with a vacuum pad of a loader of a workpiece carrying unit. The workpiece carrying unit is moved to a position adajacent to a laser processing machine so as to make the workpiece carrying unit stood by at the position. When machining finishes in the laser processing machine, a supporting unit like a comb of an unloader of the workpiece carrying unit is inserted below the machined workpiece, put on the table of the laser processing machine. The supporting unit is lifted up so as to pick the workpiece up out of the table. The raw workpiece is immediately put on the table with the loader. The workpiece carrying unit is moved to the unloading station. The machined workpiece is put on rollers of the unloading station with the unloader. The rollers are moved so as to drop the machined workpiece on the pallet.

  • Patent number: 5168745
Abstract: A press brake has upper dies and lower dies so as to be capable of attaching and detaching with an upper die exchange apparatus and a lower die exchange apparatus to a machine body of the press brake. And, the upper die and the lower die comprise the combination of divisional die chips. The storing of dies is performed with those die chips. And, the face width of the upper die chips is determined and combined according to size of a workpiece to be processed from the upper die chips.

  • Patent number: 5060495
Abstract: The bending of a workpiece between a lower and an upper die is measured by way of a workpiece measuring device having a workpiece measuring portion. A depth chasing quantity in a predetermined position of the workpiece is obtained by a folding form operating portion on the basis of the measured folding angle. And, crowning quantity is obtained by a crowning correction operating portion. Moreover, a depth correction value is obtained by a depth correction operating portion and a balance correction value of right and left is obtained by a balance correction operating portion. Then, bending is performed on a workpiece on the basis of the obtained correction values.
