Abstract: A method for detecting belt slip in a starter system for starting an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle, the starter system including a belt-driven integrated starter generator. A control unit of the motor vehicle evaluates a belt slip as detected if a determined belt slip value exceeds a limit value. The belt slip value is determined to belong to a defined time window T, which opens after a start of the internal combustion engine. This determination takes into account at least one change in velocity over time value of the starter generator within the time window T. A motor vehicle with a control unit designed to carry out the method is also included.

The control module of the remote control device comprises a processing circuit, a wireless signal transmission circuit, and a storage unit. The wireless signal transmission circuit is adapted for transmitting a control signal to a corresponding slave controller. The storage unit is storing settings related to the slave controllers. The remote control device manage the operations of slave controllers with a capability of doing a group controlling under the hierarchical architecture, based upon settings comprising a hierarchical grouping distribution architecture changeably set by a managing user and respective corresponding identification codes of the slave controllers set by the managing user.

The method includes: receiving a service processing request from a front-end equipment; determining a recommended service processing channel according to the information about the service to be processed, and acquiring content of the recommended service processing channel; sending the content of the recommended service processing channel to the front-end equipment such that the front-end equipment displays the content of the recommended service processing channel; and receiving a service acknowledgment from the front-end equipment, and processing the service to be processed according to the service acknowledgment. With these technical solutions, the number of service processing channels displayed by the front-end equipment is reduced, and thus the time required to process services is reduced and the probability of processing services successfully is increased.

Abstract: A two-level matching technique is described. A system can generate a set of index patterns based on a set of library patterns in a pattern library. The pattern library can include patterns that are expected to have problems during manufacturing. Next, the system can use a fast matching process to check if a first-level pattern clip potentially matches one or more index patterns from the set of index patterns. If so, the system can use a detailed matching process to match a second-level pattern clip with library patterns that correspond to the one or more index patterns. Otherwise, the system can report that the first-level pattern clip does not match any library pattern in the pattern library.
