Abstract: A carbon brush holder for use in a motor includes a holder body and a constant force spring rack. The holder body has a carbon brush accommodation hole for accommodating a carbon brush therein and two receiving holes in communication with the carbon brush accommodation hole. The a constant force spring rack has a base panel affixed to an end face of the holder body with screws and two parallel support arms extending from the base panel and inserted into the receiving holes of the holder body for supporting a constant force spring member to keep the constant force spring member in contact with the carbon brush that is accommodated in the carbon brush accommodation hole such that carbon brush can be kept in close contact with a rotor conduction copper ring of a motor.

Abstract: A rear cover of a motor includes a main member and two lateral covers. The main member has a first receiving portion with a first room, a second receiving portion with a second room, a third receiving portion with an axle bore. The first receiving portion has two first carbon brush slots, in each of which a first carbon brush is provided. The third receiving portion has a second carbon brush slot, in which a second carbon brush is provided. The lateral covers are connected to the main member to close outer ends of the first carbon brush slots.

Abstract: A motor carbon brush assembly is composed of an insulated holder, a first electrically conductive member, a resilient member, a second electrically conductive member, a carbon brush, a spring, and a rear cover. The resilient member includes a contact portion elastically deformable under pressure. The first conductive member and the resilient member are mounted respectively to the insulated holder. The second conductive member is held between the contact portion of the resilient member and the first conductive member to enable the first conductive member to be electrically connected with the second conductive member. The spring is connected with the carbon brush and the second conductive member. The second conductive member is held tight between the first conductive member and the resilient member to avoid disengagement from and imperfect contact with the first conductive member.
