The heat dissipating plate includes a substrate and a number of fasteners extending out from the substrate for engaging with the number of ports of the motherboard. The substrate defines a bulging cavity for engaging with and dissipating heat from the electronic element.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a front cover, a rear cover engaging with the front cover, and a connecting mechanism fixed to the front cover. The front cover is secured to the rear cover to cooperatively define a receiving space for receiving a part of the connecting mechanism. The front cover includes a first panel defining two limiting members and a first sidewall extending from a rim of the first panel and defining two latching members. The rear cover includes a second panel defining two protrusions and a second sidewall extending from a rim of the second panel and defining two hook members. The protrusions correspond to the limiting members and are fixed thereto, and the hook members correspond to the latching members and engage therewith.

Abstract: A signal receiving apparatus includes a main body for receiving control signals, and a cover covering the main body. The cover includes a receiving portion and at least one fixing portion. The receiving portion receives the main body, and the at least one fixing portion fixes the signal receiving apparatus to a housing of an electronic device. An electronic device using the signal receiving apparatus is also provided.

Abstract: A display device includes a shell, a display panel disposed within the shell and at least one securing member fixing the display panel to the shell. The display panel is covered with a front cover and a rear cover opposite to the front cover. The at least one securing member is fixed to the shell and resists at least the rear cover of the display panel. The at least one securing member includes a conducting member. The conducting member resists at least the front cover of the display panel to conduct static electricity therefrom.

The fixing member defines a fixing hole receiving the fixing pole therein. Two opposite sides of the fixing member abut against an inner surface of the shell and the circuit board, respectively. A locking member extends through the through hole and the fixing hole into the fixing pole to assemble the circuit board, the push button to the shell.
