Method for removing phosphorus and boron impurity from industrial silicon melt by secondary refining
Patent number: 11807538Abstract: A method for removing phosphorus and boron impurities in an industrial silicon melt by secondary refining is provided. According to the present disclosure, inorganic zinc chloride is adopted as an impurity removal medium and is quickly decomposed into zinc and chloride ions at high temperatures; the phosphorus and boron impurities can react with the zinc and chloride ions to yield low-melting and high-melting compounds during contact with a silicon melt, the low-melting compounds volatilize and escape from the industrial silicon melt at the high temperature of the secondary refining. The high-melting compounds are segregated at the grain boundary along with silicon solidification and removed by crushing and pickling, or sink to the very bottom of the silicon melt and are removed by cutting off a deposition layer at a bottom of a silicon ingot after the silicon melt is solidified.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 2023Date of Patent: November 7, 2023Assignee: CHENGDU UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGYInventors: Dawei Luo, Ke Rong, Zijie Gao, Jiabao Deng -

Publication number: 20150213408Abstract: A system and method for crowd sourcing product development. A product idea submission form for a product idea is submitted through a product idea submission module by an innovator user. The product idea submission form is decompiled into a plurality of tasks according to the product idea, wherein each of the tasks has a unique identification number. The plurality of tasks is displayed through a release window module, wherein engineer users can view the tasks and place a plurality of bids on each of the tasks, each of the bids including a cost estimate, time estimate, and initial technical schematic. An administrator user reviews the bids and makes a bid selection for a particular bid from the plurality of bids for each of the tasks. Final completed task information is retrieved for each of the tasks and compiled into a product development process package then sent to the innovator user.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 29, 2015Publication date: July 30, 2015Applicant: INNOKING (XIAMEN) NETWORK LTDInventor: Ke Rong Ruan

Patent number: 6683841Abstract: An anti-fluttering transmission apparatus for CD-ROM drive head, which is applied to drive a CD-ROM drive head to move back and forth between a transmission bar and a slide base, is provided. The anti-fluttering transmission apparatus comprises a connection base. The connection base has a fixing end for fixing the connection base on the slide base. From the fixing end extends a connection arm to an upside down L-shaped base on one end. A plurality of arc-raised teeth are formed on an internal y-axis surface of the L-shaped base. At least one spring is arranged between the fixing end and the L-shaped base. When assembling, the x-axis surface of the upper part of the L-shaped base stops on an upper part of the transmission bar. Each arc-raised tooth matches with a thread on the transmission bar. By the tension force of the spring, the arc-raised teeth can remain fixed and matched on the transmission bar for avoiding fluttering.Type: GrantFiled: September 26, 2001Date of Patent: January 27, 2004Assignee: Behavior Tech Computer CorporationInventor: Ke Rong Lin
