    Abstract: Techniques for generating predicted driving scenarios based on relevancy data are described herein. A vehicle may detect an object and generate predicted object trajectories and probabilities associated therewith. The vehicle may determine a relevance score that indicates a level of relevance of each object trajectory with respect to the vehicle. The vehicle may use the object trajectory probabilities and relevance scores to generate predicted driving scenarios and/or probabilities associated therewith. The vehicle may use the predicted driving scenario when determining a control trajectory for the vehicle to follow. That is, the vehicle may determine cost values that represent the cost of following a specific candidate action. The vehicle may weight some or all of the cost values by a fraction of the object trajectory probability and the predicted scenario probability. Based on the weighted cost values, the vehicle can determine one or more of the candidate actions to follow.

Further, the vehicle may receive a predicted driving scenario that includes an object trajectory probability and a predicted scenario probability. The vehicle may analyze the candidate actions by determining costs of the candidate actions based on the predicted scenario. The vehicle may scale some or all of the cost values by a ratio of the object trajectory probability and the predicted scenario probability. Based on the weighted cost values, the vehicle can determine one or more of the candidate actions to follow.

    Abstract: A method for screening cross-species horizontal gene transfer (HGT). The method comprises steps of constructing a background database, inferring orthologous groups, constructing a gene phylogenetic tree, gene tree-based HGT inference, validation of inferred candidate HGTs based on a gene tree, and assigning HGTs to a timeline. By integrating multi-step processes such as phylogenetic analysis, sequence alignment, functional annotation, and statistical validation, the method achieves high-throughput and automated screening of HGT events in a large-scale gene data set. The method of the present invention is particularly suitable for HGT research across biological kingdoms with ultra-long time scales and ultra-long evolutionary distances, and is capable of providing an important scientific tool for understanding gene flow and functional enhancement during biological evolutionary history.

According to the method, by adding the silicon-aluminum compounds into the GGBS, and under a mechanical action of the ball milling machine, the GGBS is promoted to react with and adsorb CO2.
