The bonding layer is disposed between the positive current collector and the positive active material layer. The conductive layer is disposed between the bonding layer and the positive active material layer. The conductive layer includes a conductive agent with a weight percent of 20 wt % to 95 wt % and a binder with a weight percent of 5 wt % to 80 wt %. This helps to improve the cycle performance and the high-temperature storage performance of the electrochemical device.
