  • Publication number: 20240130877
Abstract: A method of deploying a multibranch stent graft at a target site having a main lumen and a first branch lumen is provided. The method includes advancing a catheter including a main body having a first portion and a second portion, the main body defining a first portal being pre-cannulated with a first guide member, partially deploying the first portion of the main body, advancing a first sheath along the first guide member through the first portal, advancing a first articulatable wire through the first sheath, positioning the first articulatable wire into a first branch lumen of the target site, partially deploying the second portion of the main body, fully deploying the first portion and the second portion of the main body, advancing a first side branch body along the first articulatable wire into the first branch lumen, and deploying the first side branch body in the first branch lumen.

  • Publication number: 20240122732
Abstract: A multibranch implantable device including a main body including a tubular element having wall defining a main lumen, the tubular element having a first end defining a first opening into the main lumen and a second end defining a second opening in the main lumen, the tubular element including at least one side branch portal defining an aperture through the wall between the first longitudinal end and the second longitudinal end of the tubular element and at least one secondary body defining a secondary lumen, the at least one secondary body operable to be deployed with a portion of the secondary body positioned in the at least one side branch portal of the main body.

  • Publication number: 20240099865
Abstract: Examples of an implantable conduit that is tubular in shape and has an inner lumen and an outer surface, the implantable conduit are disclosed. The implantable conduit includes a plurality of overlap elements including a first overlap element and a second overlap element positioned adjacent the first overlap element to define an adjacent pair of the plurality of overlap elements. The first overlap element overlaps onto the second overlap element to define an overlapping portion between an inward facing surface of the first overlap element and an outward facing surface of the second overlap element. The implantable conduit also includes a plurality of attachment features coupling the first overlap element to the second overlap element.

  • Publication number: 20220290275
Abstract: A wire of a nickel-titanium alloy having a permanent set of less than 5% when 11% strain is applied to the wire is disclosed. The wire may be formed by applying a first heat treatment to the wire, the first heat treatment includes applying heat of a first temperature for a first period of time, applying a strain deformation to the wire to set a shape for the wire during the first heat treatment, and applying a second heat treatment to the wire. The second heat treatment includes applying heat of a second temperature different from the first temperature for a second period of time, and the second temperature is between 210° C. and 290° C. The wire may have a modulus of at least 53 GPa when 200 MPa of stress is applied to the wire, and the wire is bonded to a secondary component.

  • Publication number: 20220000602
Abstract: A kink resistant stent graft includes a graft forming a tube with a central lumen extending from a first end of the tube to a second end of the tube and a stent secured to the graft adjacent the first end of the tube. The graft includes a corrugated inner graft layer forming at least a middle portion of the tube, and an outer graft layer covering the corrugated inner graft layer.
