Abstract: A feeding unit is provided which includes; a plurality of feeding bodies, each electrically connected to a conductor constituting a coil wound for each of a plurality of phases; and a resin holding portion made of resin material and integrally connecting and holding the plurality of feeding bodies, the resin holding portion comprising an external-side protection part surrounding each feeding body and a connection part connecting two of the adjacent external-side protection parts. A thickness size of the connection part is set to the same as a thickness size of a resin of the external-side protection part.

Abstract: A feeding body is provided which includes: a power supply main body including a conductor; a terminal formed at one end of the power supply main body; and a protection portion formed, by molding, at a junction with the terminal of the power supply main body. The protection portion includes: a clip assembled on the power supply main body; and a cover part formed by molding in a state in which the power supply main body is positioned in a cavity of a mold while a clamp part of the clip is sandwiched between pieces of the mold.

A clip holding component of a type that is moveable in the X axis direction is used for a least one of the clip holding components of the harness protector. This clip holding component that is moveable in the X axis direction has a widened slit to accommodate misalignment in the X axis direction b. The clip holding component may be combined with other stationary type clip holding components or clip holding components which are moveable in the Y axis direction.

Abstract: A grommet assembly to support a wiring harness passing through an opening in a panel, the assembly including two rotationally symmetrical components coupled together along a primary coupling face to form a harness-receiving passage therethrough. Each rotationally symmetrical component including a first, thermoplastic structural portion integrated with a second, resilient sealing portion. The structural portions including a plurality of interlocking elements cooperating to couple the components together, and a plurality of retention arms engageable against the panel to retain the assembly and panel together. The sealing portion forming an outer sealing lip having a lip distal edge engageable against a surface of the panel adjacent the opening. The outer sealing lip including lap joints adjacent opposite sides of the primary coupling face. The structural portions including reinforcement tabs extending over each lap joint and designed to resist separation of the lap joints.
