  • Publication number: 20110069384
Abstract: An optical deflecting sheet for a transmission type screen that emits imaging light projected from an incident side to an emergent side. The optical deflecting sheet includes a highly rigid substrate layer with a light-transmissibility and a high rigidity, and a plurality of layers laminated on the substrate layer. The plurality of layers includes at least a pair of anti-scattering layers disposed on opposite sides of the substrate layer for preventing scattering of the substrate layer. At least one layer of the two or more layers includes an optical deflecting element that deflects imaging light by refracting or reflecting the imaging light. The optical deflecting element is a prism part formed by arranging a plurality of unit prisms each having an incident surface on which light is incident and a total reflecting surface for reflecting at least a part of light incident on the incident surface.

  • Patent number: 7908666
Abstract: When a user wishes to play purchased content data by a playing terminal, a registration database server authenticates a user ID. Furthermore, when the playing terminal requests a content server to establish communication, the content server authenticates the playing terminal to thereby establish communication only with the playing terminal of which the user ID authentication and terminal authentication are correct. Consequently, the content data is prevented from being copied to another playing terminal which is owned by a third party, and thus the copyright of the content data can be protected.

  • Patent number: 7660262
Abstract: This invention provides an improved data transferring method performed in a communication network comprising a management system M1 and a plurality of nodes K1-K3. Since the management system M1 collectively manages the algorithm information that indicates algorithm possessed in each node, if the fist node does not have algorithm needed for processing a certain packet, the first node can find the second node having the algorithm by inquiring the network management element M1. In addition, the first node can transfer the certain packet to the second node to process the certain packet by using the algorithm.

  • Publication number: 20060031655
Abstract: The present invention is directed to facilitate change in the specifications of an interface of a memory IP and to improve reusability of the memory IP. A memory module to be mounted on a system LSI or the like is constructed by a basic array and an interface. The basic array is constructed by direct peripheral circuits and a storage circuit. Library data of the basic array is stored in a storage medium such as a CD-R or a magnetic tape and distributed to the user. The library data includes layout pattern data, a logic simulation model defining the operation of the basic array, LSI pattern information such as a layout, device information such as characteristics of a MOS device and layout rules, interface information such as various signal timings, and device specification data such as terminal information.

  • Publication number: 20030074597
Abstract: A service center judges parts required for repair according to the trouble information received from a multi-functional peripheral (MFP), searches servicemen carrying repair parts based on the contents of the serviceman carrying parts memory, and contacts a portable terminal carried by an applicable servicemen. Then, by grasping the condition of the serviceman, e.g., whether he is in working, traveling or taking a rest, stores the condition of servicemen in the serviceman condition memory. In succession, based on the contents of the serviceman positioning memory, the serviceman condition memory and the MFP installation place memory, the service center searches a serviceman who is able to go most fast to the installing place of a MFP to be repaired among servicemen who carry required repair parts, and gives a repair direction to a portable terminal carried by this searched serviceman together the installing place of the MFP and contents of the trouble.
