  • Patent number: 11946858
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to allow a clean airflow around a substrate to reliably move downward of the substrate in an examination device in which clean air is supplied to an inspection chamber. This examination device is provided with a rectifying plate (see FIG. 4A) which covers a part of the upper surface of a stage for mounting a substrate, and is disposed between a gas supply unit and the stage to block an airflow toward the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20240075557
Abstract: A build system includes: a build apparatus including an energy beam irradiation unit, a material supply unit, and a control apparatus. The build system builds a second object above a first object including a first space. The second object includes: a first inclination part connected to the first object; a second inclination part connected to the first object; and a connection part that connects a tip of the first inclination part and a tip of the second inclination part. The build system builds the first inclination part and the second inclination part by alternately performing a building of a part of the first inclination part and a building of a part of the second inclination part. A second space below the first inclination part and the second inclination part is connected to the first space, and an upper part of the second space is closed by the connection part.

  • Patent number: 9616332
Abstract: A game control device includes a direction obtaining unit, a motion data selection unit, and a user character control unit. In a case where a direction designating operation is performed by a user, the direction obtaining unit obtains a relative direction of the direction designated through the direction designating operation relative to the forward direction of a user character. The motion data selection unit selects any of motion data correlated to a type to which the relative direction obtained by the direction obtaining unit belongs from among the motion data stored in a unit that stores a type of a relative direction relative to the forward direction of the user character and a plurality of kinds of motion data so as to be correlated to each other. The user character control unit causes the user character to perform a motion in accordance with the selected motion data.

  • Patent number: 8276367
Abstract: An exhaust gas control apparatus for an internal combustion engine, including a three-way catalyst, a NOX storage-reduction catalyst, a rich controlling mechanism performing control to make an air-fuel ratio of exhaust gas rich to reduce NOX stored in the NOX storage-reduction catalyst, and a control performing control to ensure that a NOX purifying component is present in the NOX storage-reduction catalyst when reducing the NOX.

  • Patent number: 8249793
Abstract: An amount of fuel injected into an internal combustion engine is controlled to adjust an air-fuel ratio. An air-fuel ratio sensor is disposed upstream of a three-way catalyst. An ammonia sensor is disposed downstream of the three-way catalyst. Main feedback control based on the air-fuel ratio sensor is performed such that the air-fuel ratio of exhaust gas becomes close to a target air-fuel ratio in the neighborhood of a stoichiometric air-fuel ratio. Sub-feedback control is performed on the basis of an output value of the ammonia sensor.

  • Patent number: 8033168
Abstract: A catalyst deterioration judgment device that can accurately perform a catalyst deterioration judgment by considering an oxygen density at downstream of an exhaust purification catalyst. The system reads outputs of an oxygen sensor and an ammonia sensor that are installed in downstream of an NSR catalyst when the catalyst is in an activate condition. When this read oxygen sensor output is equal to or more than a reference value and the ammonia sensor output is equal to or more than a reference value, it is estimated that ammonia oxidizing reaction does not occur under existence of oxygen in the NSR catalyst. In this case, the NSR catalyst is judged to be deteriorated.

  • Publication number: 20110126523
Abstract: An object of this invention is to prevent components such as NOx and H2S being emitted when starting a vehicle and improve exhaust emissions by utilizing information of a navigation system. A navigation system mounted in the vehicle is connected to an ECU. The ECU predicts whether a stopping time of the internal combustion engine is near based on the current position and travel history of the vehicle obtained from the navigation system. When a stopping time is near, the ECU executes rich spike control prior to the stopping time to thereby perform a regeneration process of the NOx catalyst. Thus, NOx components or sulfur components remaining in the catalyst can be eliminated before stopping the internal combustion engine. Accordingly, even if warming up is performed when the engine is next started, emission of NOx or hydrogen sulfide can be avoided.

  • Publication number: 20110088377
Abstract: In an exhaust purification device of an internal combustion engine, a pair of upstream side NOx storage catalysts storing NOx contained in the exhaust gas when the air-fuel ratio of the inflowing exhaust gas is lean and releasing the stored NOx when the air-fuel ratio of the inflowing exhaust gas becomes the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio or rich are arranged inside an engine exhaust passage. At the downstream side of the upstream side NOx storage catalysts, a downstream side NOx storage catalyst is arranged. The upstream side NOx storage catalysts and downstream side NOx storage catalyst are formed so that the spatial velocity in the downstream side NOx storage catalyst becomes larger than the spatial velocities in the upstream side storage catalysts.
