    Abstract: An insulator is provided between a stator core and a conductive wire provided on the stator core. The insulator includes a wound portion, around which the conductive wire is wounded, having a substantially rectangular shape; and a flange, formed in the axial end of the wound portion in the stator tooth tip side, for pressing the conductive wire in the axial direction (radial direction relative to the rotation axis of a rotor in a configuration of a rotating electrical machine). The flange includes four corner portions at its four corners, and intermediate portions formed between the four corner portions to have a width (B2) narrower than the width (B1) of the four corner portions. In addition, the flange has a tip with a curved shape.

    Abstract: A fibrous mat fixing structure in which a fibrous mat such as a non-woven fabric mat 30 is integrally attached to a resin molding 20 by ultrasonic welding is designed to reduce the working time and simplify working facilities while preventing any considerable surface defect such as irregularities in the surface of the resin molding 20. A luggage room side trim (sound absorbing member for a vehicle) 10 has a fibrous mat such as a non-woven fabric mat 30 welded and integrally attached to a luggage room side trim main molding by an ultrasonic horn 50. A sharp projecting thread 52 is formed on a flat pressing surface 51 of the ultrasonic horn 50. A V-groove 42 which bites into the resin molding 20 is formed in a weld portion 40 of the non-woven fabric mat 30 together with a flat weld surface 41, thereby enabling fibers in the non-woven fabric mat 30 to easily bite into the molten surface of the resin molding 20.

The second housing of the electric wire side is fitted to the first housing. The second terminal is connected to the first terminal. Sealing rings are provided between the outer periphery of the housings and the through hole on outer periphery of the housings so that the bracket fixed to the shield case is electrically connected to shield layer of the shield electric wire. A connecting member electrically connects the bracket and the shield layer outside of the second housing.

    Abstract: A bus bar to be inserted in a circular through hole provided in a casing and connecting terminals provided inside and outside the casing has a circular section in a portion passing through the through hole. The outer periphery of the circular section is covered with a grommet having a circular section, and the ratios of the grommet in vertical and transverse directions are equal to each other. Accordingly, when a bus bar body including the bus bar and the grommet is fitted in the through hole, the grommet has compression ratios equal to each other in the vertical and transverse directions. Consequently, the fitting portions of the bus bar and the grommet uniformly come in close contact with each other, and a sealing property can be fully maintained in the fitting portions of the grommet and the bus bar.

    Abstract: A film-forming method and an apparatus for a X-ray mask and a film-forming apparatus which are able to diminish stress unevenness in the X-ray mask to zero when a X-ray absorber is formed on a mask substrate by sputtering a target 3 during rotation of the mask substrate. Firstly, a dummy mask substrate is prepared instead of a mask substrate. A dummy X-ray absorber 6 is formed on this dummy X-ray substrate 5 within a sputtering range. Secondly, a stress distribution is measured at every position along a straight line passing through a center of the dummy X-ray absorber 6 and then a desirable stress distribution range X is selected at such a location so as to have a good linear characteristic in a portion of a compressive stress curve which decreases toward an outer periphery of the dummy X-ray absorber 6 in the stress distribution.
