Abstract: An endoscope image filing apparatus wherein endoscope image information and search information required to search this image information are recorded in the same medium by a recording apparatus, on the other hand, medium discriminating information is imparted to this medium by an imparting apparatus and the search information and medium discriminating information are memorized in a controlling apparatus so that, in case there are many recording media, when the search information is input into the controlling apparatus, the medium discriminating information of the medium in which the search information is recorded may be obtained.

Abstract: A fluorescence endoscopy and an endoscopic device therefor, wherein, to an object to be examined containing a fluorescent substance, light rays in a plurality of wavelength ranges whose degrees of exciting the fluorescent substance are different from one another and which can constitute a color images are sequentially irradiated; images of the object are obtained by the respective wavelength ranges; a color image of the object is constituted using the images obtained by the respective wavelength ranges and information based on fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent substance, is obtained using at least an image obtained by a wavelength whose degree of exciting the fluorescent substance is largest out of the images obtained by the respective wavelength ranges.

Abstract: A system comprises a plurality of image signal generating apparatuses which each generate an image signal using an electronic endoscope, an ultrasonic scope or the like and which are connected to a common large capacity filing apparatus through an interface so that image data can be recorded together with image information with respect to the data in the unit of any number of images for a single examination and the image data recorded can be searched for in the unit of a single examination.

Abstract: There is provided a frozen picture memorizing memory holding as a frozen picture image a picture image signal imaged by an electronic endoscope. By the operation of a frozen picture directing switch, whether the frozen picture is adapted to the memorizing condition or not is judged through a picture image movement detecting circuit. In case it is judged to be adapted to the memorizing condition, the picture image signal is memorized actually as a frozen picture image to obtain a clear frozen picture having little color smear and fogging.
