Patent number: 10001126Abstract: To provide a vacuum pump capable of performing temperature control using one or more heating devices or cooling devices fewer than the number of temperature sensors arranged in the pump. One temperature sensor is arranged for each target in the pump, while only one set consisting of a heater and a magnetic valve is arranged. One set consisting of a heater and a magnetic valve is controlled based on output signals from a plurality of temperature sensors, based on the priorities set for the temperature sensors. As stated above, by setting priorities for the temperature sensors, the temperature of a target provided with a temperature sensor given a higher priority is settled within a control range by performing quick ON/OFF control, and then the temperature of a target provided with a temperature sensor given a lower priority is settled within the control range.Type: GrantFiled: June 14, 2010Date of Patent: June 19, 2018Assignee: Edwards Japan LimitedInventors: Tooru Miwata, Keiichi Ishii, Katsuhide Machida, Yoshinobu Ohtachi, Yasushi Maejima, Tsutomu Takaada

Patent number: 8568072Abstract: A screw hole seal structure seals a screw hole (13) in molding a fiber-reinforced resin member (1) in which an insert member (4) provided with the screw hole (13) is integrally incorporated. In the structure, a screw member (5) is tightened in the screw hole (13). In the structure, an elastic seal member (6) is compressed within the screw hole (13), in an axial direction of the screw member (5), and is therefore deformed radially outwards by compression force that is created by tightening of the screw member (5), and an air-tight state of the screw hole (13) is maintained by deformation of the elastic seal member (6).Type: GrantFiled: June 19, 2009Date of Patent: October 29, 2013Assignee: Toyota Jidosha Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Shinichi Suefuji, Keiichi Ishii

Patent number: 4851263Abstract: A method and an apparatus for applying molten wax to one face of a wafer is disclosed. A container having an upwardly facing opening contains the molten wax. The wafer is held substantially horizontally above the opening of the container, with one face of the wafer facing downwardly toward the opening of the container. At least one of the container and the wafer is moved toward the other to bring the opening of the container and underside of the wafer into contact with each other to thereby apply a predetermined amount of molten wax within the container to the underside of the wafer. Preferably, the container is filled with the molten wax such that the molten wax stands up, under surface tension, above a peripheral edge of the opening of the container. Preferably, the wafer is spinned around its central axis in a high speed so that the molten wax applied at the central portion thereof is spread on the entire surface of the wafer and that the extra wax is scattered out of the wafer.Type: GrantFiled: October 23, 1987Date of Patent: July 25, 1989Assignees: Mitsubishi Kinzoku Kabushiki Kaisha, Japan Silicon Co., Ltd.Inventors: Keiichi Ishii, Yukio Tsutsumi, Kazunori Saeki, Mitsuji Koyama
