  • Patent number: 7175991
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for readily determining the binding site on plasma protein and binding displacement effect of a drug having binding affinity to plasma protein, and application of the method to clinical diagnosis. That is to say, the present invention provides a method for determining the binding site with plasma protein of a first drug, comprising reacting the first drug for which the binding site with plasma protein is to be determined, with a second drug of which the binding site with plasma protein is known and plasma protein, and determining the change in the ratio of the first drug freed due to the binding of the plasma protein with the second drug.

  • Publication number: 20060140857
Abstract: A method of the administration of drugs with binding affinity for plasma protein and drugs regulating the effective ingredient dose of drugs with binding affinity for plasma protein; and a preparation whereby the effective ingredient dose of drugs with binding affinity for plasma protein is regulated. The above administration method is characterized in that, in the administration of a first drug having binding affinity for plasma protein, a second drug having binding affinity for the same plasma protein is administered simultaneously with the first drug or before or after the administration of the first drug to thereby regulate the binding of the first drug to the plasma protein.

  • Patent number: 4696079
Abstract: An apparatus for automatically stuffing meat in a casing, the apparatus comprising a meat extruder including a filling nozzle; an arrangement for supplying a continuous band of casing; an a carrier for carrying the casing from the supplying arrangement to the filling nozzle, wherein the carrier includes a stop unit whereby the casing is secured to the carrier so as to effect the unitary movement thereof. A casing holder holds the open end of the casing and assists the casing to ride on the open end of the filling nozzle. A first cutting-and-fastening device is located at the casing supply side, and a second cutting-and-fastening device is located at the casing outlet side, with the second cutting-and-fastening device being adjustable with respect to the first cutting-and-fastening device.

  • Patent number: 4669149
Abstract: A filling nozzle device used in association with an automatic meat stuffing machine, the nozzle device including a stationary nozzle, a sliding nozzle slidable on the stationary nozzle and a plurality of split nozzle members arranged around the stationary nozzle in such a manner that their top portions are inwardly urged and postioned within a casing holding means. The sliding nozzle advances to expand the split nozzle members so as to locate the casing between the nozzle members and the casing holding means, thereby placing the casing in contact with the outer surface of the sliding nozzle.
