  • Patent number: 9333680
Abstract: Provided are a tire vulcanizer and a method for transporting or packaging the same whereby, even in cases where the overall height direction dimension of the vulcanizer exceeds size limits for domestic transportation or export packaging, the vulcanizer can easily clear said limits and be transported or packaged. A tire vulcanizer comprising tie rods extending upward from a base plate, said tie rods receiving squeezing force applied to a bolster plate and a top mold when vulcanizing a tire and guiding lifting/lowering of the bolster plate and the top mold when opening and closing the top mold. In such a tire vulcanizer, the tie rods are configured so as to be vertically dividable into at least two or more sections at a position in the length direction thereof.

  • Patent number: 8529236
Abstract: In a vulcanizing system of the present invention, a temperature booster and a pressure booster are provided on a steam supply path connecting vulcanizers that belong to groups and a boiler allocated to the groups. The temperature booster and the pressure booster are sequentially arranged from an upstream side, a second branch supply path for supplying the steam to a mold between the temperature booster and the pressure booster is branched from the steam supply path. The second branch supply path is preferably in a form of allowing the steam temperature-boosted by the temperature booster to be supplied to the mold by bypassing the pressure booster.

  • Patent number: 7819647
Abstract: A bead ring locking mechanism restricts the relative turning of a tubular lifter moved upward or downward on the outside of a central mechanism outer casing with respect to an annular bead ring attached to the outer circumference of the lifter to form a part of a die. The locking mechanism includes a stopper member installed at the bead ring and attached so as to move back and forth with respect to the lifter, and an actuating member which moves the stopper member from the bead ring to the lifter. A recessed portion is formed at the lifter, a raised portion is formed at the stopper member, and the raised portion is fitted into the recessed portion by pressing the stopper member to the lifter using the actuating member.
