  • Publication number: 20210317394
Abstract: A cell culture system for dividing and subculturing cell aggregates is constituted by connecting a first container 10 and a divider 20. An outlet of a divider is connected to the first container. A mesh structure 22 for dividing a cell aggregate is provided in a conduit for dividing in the divider 20, and a cell aggregate is divided while passing through the mesh structure. The divided cell aggregate is sent to the first container 10 without contacting the outside air in a preferred embodiment, where further culture is performed. This makes it possible to divide the cell aggregate and perform suspension culture while maintaining the closed system. The division and suspension culture of cell aggregates can be repeated by sending the cultured cell aggregates to a divider of its own cell culture system or a divider of a cell culture system prepared separately.

  • Publication number: 20210292699
Abstract: The device has a film-shaped main body part 1, and predetermined region in the film surface of the main body part has a mesh structure in which a large number of through-holes 20 are arranged. The through-hole has an opening shape having a size allowing smaller cell aggregates to pass through, and the rest of the through-hole is the beam part 30. The beam part is a part that cuts a cell aggregate to be divided, and is integrally connected to form a network. The cell aggregate can be divided by passing the cell aggregate to be divided through the mesh structure of the device together with the liquid.

  • Publication number: 20210253518
Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a novel kinase inhibitor and the like, and a therapeutic agent for a disease, a drug discovery screening method and the like utilizing such inhibitor and the like. The compound represented by the following formula (I) and a salt thereof can inhibit plural kinases including LATS (particularly LATS2) which is the major kinase in the Hippo signal transduction pathway. In addition, diseases or tissue damage associated with failure of cellular proliferation can be treated. Therefore, the present invention is beneficial, for example, in the research field of cell functions and diseases, in which the Hippo signal transduction pathway is involved, and the like. Furthermore, it is beneficial in the medical field for the treatment of such diseases and the like. wherein each symbol is as defined in the DESCRIPTION.

  • Publication number: 20120082086
Abstract: A communication restriction is performed in an appropriate manner for a mobile station (subscriber) that has roamed out of a communication operator's network where subscriber information is registered into another one. In a roaming system including an HLR 110 and a GGSN 120 of a first communication operator's communication network 100 and an SGSN 220 of a second communication operator's communication network 200, the SGSN 220 receives a packet transmission request from a mobile station 210 and transfers it to the GGSN 120. The GGSN 120 that has received the transferred packet transmission request makes an inquiry about subscriber information of the mobile station 210 to the HLR 110. The HLR 110 identifies whether or not the packet transmission request is to be subject to a restriction, and returns an identification result to the GGSN 120 when it is to be subject to the restriction. The GGSN 120 transfers a response to the identification result to the SGSN 220.
