  • Patent number: 7206081
Abstract: When data to be output in accordance with a predetermined protocol and attached information of the data are input in setting output conditions of an output apparatus capable of setting a plurality of output parameters, information concerning output of the data is detected from the attached information. An output parameter is selected in accordance with the detected information, and the data is converted in accordance with the selected output parameter. This reduces operations by a user, so an appropriate output corresponding to the data can be obtained without any expert knowledge. This invention is applicable to, e.g., an output system for printing medical images.

  • Patent number: 7092491
Abstract: The present invention relates to a radiation image taking apparatus including: a radiation image acquisition portion that acquires an electronic image based on a radiation transmitted through an object and outputs the electronic image; an image taking direction designation portion that designates a posture of the object with respect to the radiation image acquisition portion; a display portion that displays the posture of the object on at least one plane of the radiation image acquisition portion; and a coordinate conversion portion that performs coordinate conversion of the electronic image. The radiation image taking apparatus further includes a control portion that controls the displaying of the posture by the display portion and the coordinate conversion by the coordinate conversion portion based on the posture designated by the image taking direction designation portion.

  • Patent number: 6999558
Abstract: In a radiographic method using a mobile radiographic apparatus including an image generating unit which includes photoelectric conversion elements and generates radiographic image data of an object, key information for selecting radiographic request information is transmitted to an external information system having the radiographic request information. The radiographic request information transmitted from the information system is received. The operation of the image generating unit is controlled based on the received radiographic request information.
