A learned model is a model that has been trained using training data including a value representing the congestion of a target space used for learning, a bandwidth, a channel, and throughput. An AI processing section inputs the value representing the congestion of the target space acquired by the information acquiring section to the learned model and acquires a bandwidth and a channel output by the learned model. A bandwidth controller causes the wireless communication section to perform wireless communication using the bandwidth acquired by the AI processing section. The channel controller causes the wireless communication section to perform wireless communication using the channel acquired by the AI processing section.
