  • Patent number: 7046114
Abstract: A laminated inductor includes ceramic sheets provided with spiral coil conductor patterns of one turn, ceramic sheets provided with spiral coil conductor patterns of two turns, and ceramic sheets provided with lead-out conductor patterns, which are laminated together. The coil conductor patterns are successively electrically connected in series in regular order through via holes. The via holes are disposed at fixed locations in the ceramic sheets.

  • Patent number: 6498555
Abstract: In a monolithic inductor wherein a coil conductor section of at least one turn at a certain height is formed, and a plurality of coil conductor sections are electrically connected via a via-hole electrode, a structure that can increase the inductance obtaining efficiency is provided. The monolithic inductor comprising a coil conducting section of at least one turn at a certain height of the sintered ceramic body formed of magnetic ceramics, wherein a coil is formed by electrically connecting a plurality of coil conductor sections via a via-hole electrode, and the terminal end of the upper coil conductor section and the beginning end of the lower coil conductor section are bent inwardly of the coil when viewed from the top so that the inner connecting portion of the coil where the upper and lower coil conductor sections are electrically connected via a via-hole electrode is situated within the coil composed of the upper and lower coil conductor sections.

  • Publication number: 20010017582
Abstract: A multilayer inductor in which a DC resistance is small so that a high direct current can be applied thereto, has a structure in which a plurality of magnetic layers is stacked and coil conductor patterns are provided between the magnetic layers. The coil conductor patterns are spirally connected to each other via through-holes formed in the magnetic layers. The coil conductor patterns are arranged such that the areas of projected planes of the coil conductor patterns on main surfaces of the magnetic layers are within a range from about 35% to about 75% of the areas of the main surfaces of the magnetic layers.

  • Patent number: 5680087
Abstract: A wind type coil has a core with a flange whose bottom surface has a recess, and an electrode is formed on the bottom surface of the flange and is extended to the recess. A wire is wound around a body of the core, and an end of the wire is welded to the electrode in the recess by thermocompression bonding or resistance welding. The wind type coil is armored by a resin armor, part of the electrode on the bottom surface of the flange being kept bare.
