  • Patent number: 8216147
Abstract: A technology for structuring a three-dimensional image in a more accurate position spatially even when an ultrasonic transducer unit does not perform oscillation scanning at completely constant angular velocity is disclosed. According to the technology, an oscillation angle detection means 104 detects an oscillation angle of an ultrasonic transducer unit 1, and a three-dimensional image processing means 11 forms a three-dimensional image based on the oscillation angle detected by the oscillation angle detection means and image data outputted from an ultrasonic receiving means 4.

  • Publication number: 20060085151
Abstract: A technique for smoothly speed-controlling a speed of a motor whose time constant is relatively small, such as a supersonic motor, under a relatively rough speed control profile and a simple configuration is disclosed. According to this technique, a frequency division number calculating section 1 changes a division number A under the relatively rough speed control profile and sets for a frequency division number setting register 2. The comparator 3 outputs a+count signal if the division number A set by the frequency division number calculating section is greater than a current division number B counted by a frequency division number counter 4 (the division number A> the division number B), and outputs a—count signal if the division number A< the division number B.

  • Patent number: 5909027
Abstract: A three-dimensional resolution chart is used to adjust the position of a solid-state image detector 4 in a given image-forming optical system. A plurality of blocks 10a are provided on an upper surface of a resolution chart 10. Each block 10a has an adjusting pattern A-D depicted on a slant surface thereof. An image of each adjusting pattern A-D is formed on the solid-state image detector 4 through a master lens 2. The contrast integration value F is calculated based on the image of the adjusting pattern at each of a plurality of designated areas hj (j=1 - - - n) on the slant surface of each block 10a provided on the resolution chart 10, to find out a specific position on each block where the contrast integration value F becomes maximum, thereby identifying the specific position as focus point of the master lens 2. The back focus of the solid-state image detector 4 is calculated based on thus obtained focus point. An optimum gradient (.alpha., .beta.

  • Patent number: 5298977
Abstract: Three different color light beams which are converged to a single light spot on the surface of a circuit board at predetermined incident angles, are irradiated onto the top surface of an electronic part mounted on the circuit board, then distances between the positions of the top surface of the electronic part to which the light beams are irradiated respectively, from the single light spot on the surface of the circuit board are measured, and the height and an inclined angle of the top surface of the electronic part are computed in accordance with the relationship between the measured distances and the incident angles.

  • Patent number: 5186303
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to decrease the cost required for constructing the system and the tact time in production line. For achieving the above-mentioned object, according to the present invention, among a plurality of stations where adjustment or the like of the subject is carried out, the recognizing station, through which a pallet mounted with the subject is firstly passes, recognizes the positional deviations of the subject and stored them in a memory provided on said pallet. Next, an adjusting station reads out the above-mentioned positional deviations from the memory and added them to the predetermined standard positional information, thereby correcting the positional deviations of the subject.
