  • Publication number: 20090283684
Abstract: Even when there are plural radiographic image detection devices and external devices between which communication takes place, a link with a designated external device may be established easily and reliably. An electronic cassette used in imaging or an electronic cassette that stores generated image data in an image memory is attached to a handle that stores a console ID, which indicates a console that is to be specified as a target of communication. When the attachment of the electronic cassette with the handle is detected by an attachment detection section, a connection request signal is sent to the console indicated by the console ID stored in the handle. When a connection permission signal is received from the console, a link between the electronic cassette and the console is established.

Abstract: A cassette accommodating device accommodates cassettes with various sizes. Each cassette houses a rechargeable battery and a radiation detection unit that generates a radiographic image according to an amount of received radiation and each cassette is provided with a power receiving unit for recharging the rechargeable battery on at least one of two connected side faces of each cassette. The device includes a groove portion formed with a sloping face that faces one of the two connected side faces of an accommodated cassette and a bottom face that faces another of the two connected side faces of the accommodated cassette. The bottom face is inclined such that the cassette moves toward the sloping face when the cassette is loaded. A power supply unit is formed to the sloping face and/or the bottom face so as to supply power to the power receiving unit when the cassette has been accommodated.

  • Patent number: 7505066
Abstract: There is disclosed a printer-incorporated electronic still camera that may be switched over between a photography mode, a reproduction mode, a print mode and a setup mode by operating a mode selection dial. If it is judged by an output signal from an acceleration sensor that the still camera is in a stable position when the setup mode is selected, a display device of the still camera initially displays a print menu that includes a list of setup items relating to the print mode. On the contrary, if the still camera is judged to be in an unstable position when the setup mode is selected, a camera menu including a list of setup items for the photography mode is initially displayed on the display device.

  • Patent number: 7417655
Abstract: A printer comprises a feed roller to which driving force is transmitted from a motor via a reducer. While the feed roller moves a recording paper, an image is recorded by a line print head one line by one line. The feed roller is provided with a rotary encoder. A controller counts encoder pulses (measured EP) of the rotary encoder to measure an actual feed amount of the recording paper. Whenever five lines are recorded, the measured EP is compared with predetermined reference encoder pulses to detect a feed error of the recording paper. In case that slipping or the like occurs on the reducer, delay in feeding the recording paper is caused. A printing cycle of the next five lines is adjusted so as to eliminate the feed error. In this way, a printing length of one frame is adjusted to a target printing length.

  • Publication number: 20070082739
Abstract: A game apparatus recognizes a user based on a user ID set to user by user, and issues a character card. To start a game, the user sets the character card in the game apparatus. After the game is ended, a save data representing a game result is associated with the user ID and stored in a server. At the start of the next game, the character card is set in the game apparatus and the save data is read from the server to the game apparatus based on the user ID, so that the game is continued from the previous game according to the save data.

  • Patent number: 7095433
Abstract: There is disclosed an optical printer for printing a grayscale image on a self-developing type photo film unit based on image data. A printing head of the optical printer is provided with a plurality of light emitting elements arranged in a line along a main scan direction whose lighting time lengths are controlled for each pixel in accordance with a tonal level of that pixel. The printing head is shifted relative to the photo film unit in a sub scan direction perpendicular to the main scan direction, to print the image line by line. During each printing cycle of one line, drive voltage applied to the respective light emitting elements are raised with time from an initial value according a predetermined characteristic curve, to increase luminance of the respective light emitting elements as the lighting time for each pixel elapses.

  • Patent number: 7030898
Abstract: A color thermal printer is provided with a cooling fan for cooling a thermal head and a fan rotational speed controller for controlling the rotation speed of the cooling fan, a head temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of the thermal head and an environmental temperature sensor for measuring an environmental temperature around the thermal head. A controller predicts the head temperature in each recording position based on the printing rate (printing density) calculated from the image data, a measured temperature of the thermal head and a measured environmental temperature, and also predicts a delay time of a heat transmitting system and a measuring system based on a fluctuation of the printing rate. The controller controls an air amount of the cooling fan in each recording position based on the predicted temperature and the delay time.

  • Patent number: 6766332
Abstract: There is disclosed an album type image display device. The image display device reads out album data, including image data and album manager data for arranging images in a style of an album, from a memory card and displays an electronic album page by page on the basis of the album data. When a second set of electronic images are read out from a second memory card while successive two pages of the electronic album are displayed, additional pages having the second set of electronic images pasted thereon are interposed between the displayed two pages. Upon pressing an automatic play button, the image display device starts displaying respective pages of the electronic album turn by turn in a predetermined sequence. A respective page is displayed for a time that is determined based on a data volume of that page.
