One electromagnet of the pair of electromagnets is energized based on a detected result of the pair of sensor switches to move the first permanent magnet adjacent to the energized electromagnet, by an attractive force and a repulsive force between the energized electromagnet and the first permanent magnet so as to rotate the first disk-shaped rotation body.

Using the obtained support (D) and the Fourier amplitude |F| of the original image, an ER algorithm is applied to the (ginitial) M times to obtain an output image (gn) (S1900). The obtained (gn) is used as the (ginitial) and the (d) (S2000, S2100). Steps (S1700 to S2100) are repeated a predetermined times (N times), thus reconstructing the image. The output image (gN) created after N-times repetition is the reconstructed image.
