Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a lipid composition capable of realizing an excellent nucleic acid delivery efficiency. According to the present invention, there is provided a lipid composition containing a compound represented by Formula (1), a lipid represented by Formula (2) or a salt of the lipid, a neutral lipid, a nonionic hydrophilic polymer, and a lipid having a nucleic acid.
