Abstract: A recording apparatus reads a content management file from a file information obtaining means, and a data analysis and search means searches for a specified digital content information storing portions from the read content management file and searches for a play list file including specified digital contents in reproduction order based on reference play list information of the content information storing portions. The file information obtaining means reads a relevant play list file, and the data analysis and search means searches for an updated location and notifies a play list file creation means thereof so that the play list file creation means correctly updates the play list file.

Abstract: In the case where a three-dimensional image including a plurality of element figures, such as a quadrangular plane, a curved surface including a ridgeline, and a cylinder, is edited using an image editing apparatus such as a three-dimensional CAD apparatus, when one element figure in the three-dimensional image is specified, other element figures connected to the specified one element figure, or other element figures included in the same three-dimensional image in which the one element figure is included are retrieved, and other element figure in the retrieved other element figures, which was determined as having a specific relationship to the one element figure is related to the one element figure. Then, the specified element figure and the element figures related to the specified element figure are edited collectively based on an operation received by the image editing apparatus.

Abstract: In transmission of digital audio data usingIEEE1394, for example, when the audio data is changed from linear PCM to nonlinear PCM, identifier adding means of the transmitting apparatus inserts a silent identifier and nearly zero data for a specific time, and first identifier distinguishing means of the receiving apparatus changes over the output of data processing selecting means from linear PCM processing side to nonlinear processing side when detecting the silent identifier, thereby preventing generation of noise when changing over the data.

Abstract: Flour blends which contain waxy wheat flour and which are suitable for the preparation of deep fried foods, steamed Chinese manju, dough sheets, okonomi-yaki, and takoyaki are described. These flour blends make it possible to obtain foods which have excellent texture and flavor when consumed immediately after preparation or after being heated or thawed.
