  • Publication number: 20180048207
Abstract: This invention is concerning a rotary electric machine 1, this electric motor 1 being provided with an inner cylinder 2, a rotor 3 provided so as to be rotatable inside the inner cylinder 2, a stator 4 fixed to the inner cylinder 2 and separated via a gap from an outer periphery of the rotor 3, and an outer cylinder 8 that covers an entire periphery of the inner cylinder 2 and forms a space 15, which serves as a coolant passage, in conjunction with the inner cylinder 2, wherein both ends of the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 8 in an axial direction are fixed to each other by cylinder welding portions 9 formed by welding. Accordingly, a rotary electric machine that is small and light can be obtained at low cost.

  • Publication number: 20170158842
Abstract: The present technology provides a rubber composition containing: (A) a diene rubber, (B) from 5 to 200 parts by mass of silica per 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber, (C) from 1 to 20 mass % of a sulfur-containing silane coupling agent relative to the amount of the silica, (D) for example, from 1 to 20 mass % of n-octyltriethoxysilane relative to the amount of the silica; and (E) from 1 to 20 mass % of a glycerol monofatty acid ester derived from a fatty acid having from 8 to 24 carbons relative to the mass of the silica (B).

  • Publication number: 20150357877
Abstract: A fixing member (14) formed of an annular metal material is molded integrally with a connecting plate (13) to constitute a connecting plate structure (9), said connecting plate (13) consisting of a plurality of bus bars (11) and a holder (12) for fixing and holding the bus bars. The fixing member (14) has an annular portion (14a) touching a frame (8) for holding a stator (4), and the connecting plate structure (9) is fixed to the frame (8) by the whole or a part of the surface of the annular portion.
