  • Patent number: 5387559
Abstract: A resistive paste comprising (a) a mixture of a resistive material having a composition of Nb.sub.x La.sub.1-x B.sub.6-4x, wherein x is from 0.1 to 0.9 mol, and non-reducing glass frit, (b) at least one additive selected from the group consisting of Li.sub.2 O, MgO, CaO, TiO.sub.2, MnO.sub.2, CuO, SrO, BaO, and La.sub.2 O.sub.3 in an amount of from 1 to 10% by weight based on the mixture (a), and (c) an organic vehicle. The resistive paste provides a resistor having its temperature coefficient of resistivity shifted to the minus (-) direction according to necessity.

  • Patent number: 5036027
Abstract: A resistive paste consists essentially of a solid component dispersed in an organic vehicle, the solid component consisting essentially of 5 to 70 parts by weight of a resistor material, and 30 to 95 parts by weight of nonreducing vitreous material. The resistor material has a composition expressed by the general formula:Nb.sub.x La.sub.1-x B.sub.6-4xwherein x is a mol fraction of Nb and takes a value within the following range: 0.1.ltoreq.x.ltoreq.0.9.
