  • Publication number: 20240145331
Abstract: The power semiconductor module includes a base plate, a semiconductor chip mounted on a first main surface of the base plate, and a heat sink connected to a second main surface of the base plate, wherein: a chamfered part is provided at an end portion of at least one side of the second main surface; and, when the cross section of the base plate is viewed in a state in which the base plate is fixed to the heat sink, the slope of the second main surface of the base plate is discontinuous at the boundary between the chamfered part and an area of the second main surface other than the chambered part, and the angle between the bottom surface of the chamfered part of the base plate and the surface on the side of the heat sink where the base plate is fixed is 5° to 30°.

  • Patent number: 8297622
Abstract: A game apparatus 3 moves an arrow object 72 in a virtual space, and then determines whether or not a hitting determination area 74 set for the arrow object 72 is in contact with a hitting determination area 73 set for a player character 71. When the two hitting determination areas 74, 73 are determined to be in contact with each other, the game apparatus 3 calculates a moving direction of the arrow object 72. The game apparatus 3 further causes the player character 71 to perform a motion such that at least a part of the player character 71 turns to a designated direction, which is an opposite direction to the moving direction of the arrow object 72. A display apparatus displays how the player character 71 performs the motion.

  • Patent number: 8100768
Abstract: A game apparatus includes a plurality of controllers. Each of the controllers is provided with an acceleration sensor, for example, for detecting a motion thereof. A magnitude of a motion value detected by each of the controllers is determined, and a motion with a maximum value is determined to be effective, and a game processing is executed.

  • Patent number: 8100765
Abstract: In an attack operation receiving step, an input of an operation for attacking an enemy object is received. In a determination step, when the input of the operation for attacking is received, it is determined whether or not a body strength value of the enemy object is within a predetermined range. When it is determined that the body strength value of the enemy object is within the predetermined range, a setting step of setting the enemy object to substantially the same state as where the body strength value of the enemy object is zero, regardless of the degree of damage caused by the attack motion, is executed.
