  • Publication number: 20180170069
Abstract: A recording medium has recorded a program causing a computer of a label image preparing apparatus to perform: a function of causing a display to display a preparation screen in which a plurality of label images are arranged such that a length of a first side in a first direction of one label image of the plurality of label images corresponds to a length in a width direction of a printing medium, lengths of second sides in a second direction crossing the first direction of the plurality of label images coincide with each other, and positions of the first sides in the first direction are aligned; a function of arranging at least one part image as a printing object in the plurality of label images in the preparation screen; and a function of detecting that the at least one part image is arranged over at least two label images of the plurality of label images.

  • Publication number: 20140288852
Abstract: An apparatus that identifies the type of a test cell based on a result obtained by performing mass spectrometry on the test cell includes a higher-level database, which contains mass lists that each list ion mass values of constituent components of a known cell, and a lower-level database, which contains partial mass lists that each list only strain-specific ion mass values out of the ion mass values. The higher-level database is first searched for a test mass list which is created from the result of the mass spectrometry performed on the test cell, and based on a result of the search, an organism species to be searched in the following search operation is determined. Mass values common to the organism species are subsequently deleted from the mass list for the test cell, and the mass list having undergone the deletion operation is used to search the lower-level database.

  • Patent number: 8574173
Abstract: The motor function estimating system 1000 has a memory unit 1260, a data processing unit 1220 (analyzing section), and a display unit 1400. The memory unit 1260 memorizes waveform data about the time change of fingers tapping motion that is obtained by a motion sensor attached to a subject person who does the fingers tapping motion that is repetition of the opening and closing motion of two fingers of one hand. The data processing unit 1220 analyzes the waveform data in the memory unit 1260. The display unit 1400 displays an analysis result. The data processing unit 1220 creates motion waveform based on waveform data, and plural characteristics based on the motion waveform. The data processing unit 1220 creates a motion disorder synthesis value that represents degree of motion disorder of the subject person by revising each of the plural characteristics based on characteristics of every age and synthesizing them.

  • Patent number: 8337427
Abstract: In a bioinstrument system S of the present invention, a processor unit 121 in a bioinstrument device 108 obtains information indicative of displacement of two fingers in deformed state from distance between the two fingers; and calculates a finger-tapping force by using the obtained information and a predetermined fingertips' stiffness function retrieved from a storage unit 122. This provides a method for inspecting for neurological disorders in consideration of the finger-tapping force.

  • Publication number: 20090142851
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for specifically recovering a C-terminal peptide fragment, and a method for easily determining the sequence of a C-terminal peptide fragment, which is difficult to be determined by a conventional method, with the use of a mass spectrometer, in particular a method capable of de novo sequencing of a C-terminal peptide fragment. A method for selectively recovering a C-terminal peptide of a protein, comprising the steps of: in a cleavage product of a protein containing a C-terminal peptide fragment (A) having an ?-amino group but not having an ?-amino group and the other peptide fragments (B) having an ?-amino group and an ?-amino group, selectively modifying the ?-amino groups to obtain a C-terminal peptide fragment modified (A?) and the other peptide fragments modified (B?); and separating the C-terminal peptide fragment modified (A?) from the modified cleavage product by allowing a carrier to hold the other peptide fragments modified (B?) via the ?-amino group.
