  • Patent number: 11969144
Abstract: A three-dimensional information generation unit generates a three-dimensional map (D(X, Y, Z)) (three-dimensional information) regarding a surgical field, based on a surgical field image (K(x, y)) captured by an imaging device. A region-of-interest setting unit (setting unit) then sets at least one region-of-interest in the surgical field image (K(x, y)) captured at a predetermined timing. Based on the three-dimensional map (D(X, Y, Z)) and the position of the region-of-interest set by the region-of-interest setting unit, a region-of-interest estimation unit (estimation unit) estimates an existence position of the region-of-interest from within the surgical field image (K(x, y)) captured at a timing different from the predetermined timing.

  • Publication number: 20230274433
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a medical information processing system, a medical information processing method, and a program capable of suppressing a decrease in safety due to deterioration in display quality. When an input image input from a plurality of input devices that supplies various types of medical images is acquired by one signal processing unit, is subjected to predetermined signal processing, and is displayed on any of a plurality of monitor devices by converting to correspond to each display specification, quality of an output image is confirmed from comparison between the input image and the output image subjected to the signal processing, and a warning is presented or signal processing is stopped in a case where deterioration in quality is observed. The present disclosure can be applied to a medical image processing system.

  • Publication number: 20220160217
Abstract: The present technology relates to a medical observation system, a method, and a medical observation device, which are capable of maintaining accuracy of three-dimensional information, even in a case where a change occurs in an optical system. A medical observation system acquires operative field data acquired by a medical observation device, detects a change in an optical system of the medical observation device, estimates a parameter representing a state of the optical system after a change occurs in the optical system in a case where the change in the optical system is detected, and sets a generation condition of three-dimensional information based on the operative field data by using an estimation result. The present technology can be applied to a surgery assisting system.

  • Publication number: 20220148209
Abstract: The present technology relates to a medical system, a signal processing device, and a signal processing method capable of obtaining highly accurate 3D information in real time. 3D information regarding an operative field is generated with a first algorithm by using an operative field image obtained by imaging the operative field. In a case where an area of interest is set in the operative field image, 3D information regarding the area of interest is generated with a second algorithm different from the first algorithm.

  • Publication number: 20210345856
Abstract: A three-dimensional information generation unit generates a three-dimensional map (D(X, Y, Z)) of a surgical field from a surgical field image (K(x, y)) captured by an imaging apparatus. A region-of-interest setting unit (setting unit) sets at least one region of interest in a surgical field image that is captured at a predetermined timing. A detection region estimation unit estimates a relative position corresponding to the region of interest in a surgical field image that is captured at a certain timing different from the predetermined timing, on the basis of the three-dimensional map information on the region of interest. A parameter control unit adjusts imaging parameters of the imaging apparatus and a light source apparatus on the basis of three-dimensional information and pixel values of a surgical field image corresponding to the relative position of the region of interest estimated by the estimation unit, captures a surgical field image.
