  • Publication number: 20160049324
Abstract: A stack includes a substrate material that has a circuit surface and that is temporarily fixed on a support via a temporary fixing material. The temporary fixing material includes a temporary fixing material layer (I) that is in contact with the circuit surface of the substrate material and a temporary fixing material layer (II) that is formed on the support-facing surface of the layer (I). The temporary fixing material layer (I) is formed of a temporary fixing composition (i) that includes a thermoplastic resin (Ai), a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound (Bi), and a radical polymerization initiator (Ci), and the temporary fixing material layer (II) is formed of a temporary fixing composition (ii) that includes a thermoplastic resin (Aii) and a release agent (Dii).

  • Publication number: 20110077364
Abstract: A composition includes a curing agent and a silicon-containing polymer. The silicon-containing polymer includes a structural unit (A1) and a structural unit (A2). The structural unit (A1) is shown by a formula (1), in which each of R1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, each of X represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 7 carbon atoms, and n is an integer from 1 to 6. The structural unit (A2) is shown by a formula (2), in which R2 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R3 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a halogen atom, or a reactive functional group, and m is a positive integer. The structural unit (A1) and the structural unit (A2) have a weight ratio (A1):(A2) of 4:96 to 70:30.

  • Patent number: 7736735
Abstract: The coating composition of the present invention contains an organic-inorganic hybrid polymer and a polysiloxane having a specific molecular weight, wherein the organic-inorganic hybrid polymer is prepared from a specific silane compound and a specific silyl group-containing polymer, and the weight ratio (Wa/Wb) between the silane compound content (Wa) and the silyl group-containing polymer content (Wb) is within the range from 5/95 to 50/50 (provided that Wa+Wb=100). The coating composition enables to obtain a coating film excellent in transparency, adhesion to organic substrates and radical resistance, and the coating composition has excellent storage stability.

  • Publication number: 20090312487
Abstract: An oxide fine particle-containing resin composition is produced by mixing: (A) silicon oxide fine particles and/or metal oxide fine particles; and (B) an organic polymer having a silyl group in which a hydrolyzable group and/or a hydroxyl group is bonded to the silicon atom, in an organic solvent in the presence of a basic compound, an acidic compound or a metal chelate compound, thereby dispersing the oxide fine particles (A) in the organic solvent. The oxide fine particle-containing resin composition is a silyl group-containing resin composition in which the oxide fine particles are highly dispersed and gives a silyl group-containing resin cured product excellent in transparency and resistant to yellowing discoloration.

  • Publication number: 20090093579
Abstract: The oxide fine particle-containing polysiloxane composition of the present invention is obtained by mixing (A) silicon oxide fine particles and/or metal oxide fine particles with (B) polyfunctional polysiloxane in an organic solvent in the presence of a basic compound, an acidic compound or a metal chelate compound and thereby dispersing the oxide fine particles (A) in the organic solvent. In the oxide fine particle-containing polysiloxane composition, the oxide fine particles are highly dispersed in the organic solvent without using phosphoric acid or the like having an organic group of 6 or more carbon atoms or a compound having an oxyalkylene group. A polysiloxane-based cured product obtained from such an oxide fine particle-containing polysiloxane composition has excellent transparency and is hardly yellowed even at high temperatures.
