  • Publication number: 20190147274
Abstract: Accurate driver state determination achieving safety is enabled without being affected by differences between individual drivers. A driver state determination apparatus for determining a driver state, such as distracted driving, includes a calculator that determines a direction of a vehicle driver's face or gaze based on first sensing data output from a first sensor and including an image of the driver, and calculates statistical information about a direction in which the driver looking straight ahead retains his or her gaze with respect to a forward direction of a vehicle. A correction unit corrects the determined face or gaze direction of the driver with respect to a reference direction defined as the forward direction of the vehicle based on the statistical information. A determiner determines a driver state based on a deviation of the corrected face or gaze direction of the driver from the reference direction.

  • Publication number: 20150298002
Abstract: The information processing device that relates to the present invention places, in the game content placement area, at least one set of score-varying content which varies a player's score and special score-varying content which varies the score more strongly than the score-varying content; provides the player with game content selected in the game content placement area in response to the player's operations; and, when the game content provided to the player is the score-varying content or the special score-varying content, updates the player's score by varying it depending on the respective content.

  • Patent number: 7213802
Abstract: In a coil spring of closed-end type, the coil spring is characterized in that a coupler is fixedly mounted between: an outer peripheral surface of a terminal convolution of a coil element rod; and, an outer peripheral surface of a subsequent convolution subsequent to the terminal convolution of the coil spring of closed-end type, whereby an amount of initial deflection is decreased.

  • Patent number: 6772698
Abstract: The invention is structured such that an additional low-floor Vehicle C (intermediate vehicle) is inserted between a high-floor Vehicle A (leading vehicle) and a Vehicle B (trailing vehicle). Between Vehicle A and Vehicle C and between Vehicle B and Vehicle C, un-motorized idling carriages (10) and (24) are used for articulation, respectively. Therefore, the articulation structure that is used between the conventional Vehicle A and Vehicle B can be used also between Vehicle A and Vehicle C, and between Vehicle C and Vehicle B. In other words, the underframe structure of the Vehicle C rear half section is the same as the underframe structure of the Vehicle A rear half section and the underframe structure of Vehicle C top end section is the same as the underframe structure of Vehicle B top end section.
