  • Patent number: 10736255
Abstract: A system includes an agricultural implement, a sensor, and a control system. The agricultural implement is configured to be coupled to an agricultural vehicle. The sensor is coupled to the agricultural implement and configured to output a signal indicative of a current pitch angle of the agricultural implement. The control system is configured to receive the signal indicative of the current pitch angle from the sensor, determine an anticipated pitch angle for traversing an upcoming topographical feature, define an anticipated pitch angle range based on the anticipated pitch angle, determine whether the current pitch angle is within the anticipated pitch angle range, generate a hitch height control signal indicative of instructions to predictively adjust a hitch height actuator if the current pitch angle is not within the anticipated pitch angle range, and communicate the hitch height control signal.

  • Patent number: 10616416
Abstract: A first electronic device receives a phone call that was routed to the first electronic device by a call-routing service. While receiving the call, the first electronic device receives a request to route the phone call to a second electronic device. In response to receiving the request to route the phone call to the second electronic device, in accordance with a determination that a first routing criteria have been met, the first electronic device sends a request to the call-routing service to route the phone call to the second electronic device instead of routing the phone call to the first electronic device. In accordance with a determination that a second routing criteria have been met, the first electronic device causes call data associated with the call to be routed through the first electronic device to the second electronic device.

  • Publication number: 20190087657
Abstract: An imaging system associates one or more the iris images with a selfie face image for biometric identity. The imaging system captures a first image of a subject using light in a visible wavelength range and captures a second image of the subject using light in a near infrared wavelength range. The image system retrieves a selfie face image of the subject, and matches a face portion of the first image against a face portion of the selfie face image, wherein the face portion for each at least comprises an iris. In response to the matching, the image system segments one or more iris portions from the second image to generate one or more iris images and binds the first image and the one or more iris images to the selfie face image for biometric identity.

  • Patent number: 10053971
Abstract: A method for detecting stick-slip in a drillstring includes (a) measuring a parameter that is a function of a torque applied to the drillstring by a top drive system over a selected time period, the measuring being performed by at least one surface sensor that produces measurement data including torque values over a frequency range; (b) filtering out measurement data that has a frequency outside a selected frequency band, the selected frequency band including a resonant frequency of the drillstring; (c) identifying a minimum and a maximum torque value in the filtered measurement data and determining a difference of these two values; (d) determining a surface stick-slip index by dividing the difference of the maximum and minimum torque values by an average torque value over the selected time period; and (e) displaying the surface stick-slip index on a display.
