Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for managing operation of telecommunications devices. In one aspect, a method includes actions of executing a container program that lacks scripts that manage operation of telecommunications devices that interact with a cloud platform, monitoring messages generated by the telecommunications, filtering the messages to select a subset of messages that trigger execution of the scripts by the container program, identifying, for each selected message in the subset of messages and from an index of available scripts, a particular script that is executed in response to receipt of the selected message, merging each particular script with the container program to create a management program that manages operation of the telecommunications devices based on the subset of messages, and managing operation of the telecommunications devices with the management program.

Abstract: A thermally conductive sleeve is disclosed which is used to heat a wide range of components. The sleeve can be used in conjunction with one or more heating elements to provide a heating system. Also described are various methods of using the sleeves and heating systems and forming the sleeves and heating systems.

Abstract: Disclosed is a simple and easy to use device for stabilizing the position of a frame or other object hanging on a wall. The invention includes a small flat panel or medium having a pointed pin or other fastener protruding from one surface. An adhesive is provided on the opposite surface. The invention is designed for use in conjunction with a frame that has already been prepared for hanging on a wall (i.e., a hook, wire, bracket or other hanging means has already been attached to the frame). The device is installed by removing the frame from the wall and placing it face down on a flat surface. The adhesive surface of the invention is then affixed to the back of the frame, preferably near the bottom, such that the pointed pin is protruding up and away from the frame. The frame with device installed is then taken to the wall and hanged. Next, the frame is adjusted and straightened so that it is in the desired position.
