  • Publication number: 20160253752
Abstract: A system and method for processing loan applications is provided. An embodiment of the system provides complete control over an automated loan review process. All loans and loan applications entered in the system can be automatically entered into the loan review system and reviewed for compliance with predetermined policies and procedures. The loan application data associated with each loan can be obtained by a server communicating with a database over a network, and the loan can be assigned to a loan review queue based on its loan application data. The server may obtain user input via a client in communication with the server over the network, and may process the loan based on the obtained user input and the loan application data. Statistics related to the loan applications being processed may be collected and organized for tracking applications and identifying trends.

  • Patent number: 9250131
Abstract: A multi-imaging device includes a multiplexed optical system and a filter fixture. The multiplexed optical system forms multiple optical images of an object. These multiple optical images are interleaved at the sensor plane. The filter fixture is configured to allow a user to change filter assemblies. The filter assemblies can include different filter regions, which apply different filtering to the optical images.

  • Publication number: 20130179331
Abstract: A system and method for overseeing the loan review process is provided. An embodiment of the system provides complete control over an automated loan review process. All loans and loan applications entered in the system can be automatically entered into the loan review system and reviewed for compliance with predetermined policies and procedures. Each loan can be assigned a queue associated with a reviewing officer. Loans identified with discrepancies or issues during initial review can be escalated to a manager and then returned to the originating loan officer for correction or additional input. At each stage, the individual may enter comments, which can be tracked and transmitted by the system. Discrepancies are rated for risk so that high-risk applications can be easily identified and tracked. Report data and statistics can be utilized to assist in managing risk by quickly identifying trends.

  • Publication number: 20070125969
Abstract: A nanolithography system comprising a novel optical printing head suitable for high throughput nanolithography. This optical head enables a super-resolution lithographic exposure tool that is otherwise compatible with the optical lithographic process infrastructure. The exposing light is transmitted through specially designed super-resolution apertures, of which the “C-aperture” is one example, that create small but bright images in the near-field transmission pattern. A printing head comprising an array of these apertures is held in close proximity to the wafer to be exposed. In one embodiment, an illumination source is divided into parallel channels that illuminate each of the apertures. Each of these channels can be individually modulated to provide the appropriate exposure for the particular location on the wafer corresponding to the current position of the aperture. A data processing system is provided to re-interpret the layout data into a modulation pattern used to drive the individual channels.

  • Patent number: 4406714
Abstract: Ferrous metal is treated by austenitic nitro-carburizing in a heat treatment furnace. A suitable atmosphere is created by admitting to the furnace nitrogen; ammonia; and a liquid or vaporous organic compound of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. The atmosphere is maintained at a temperature in the range 690.degree. to 750.degree. C. The organic compound is typically methanol and the atmosphere typically comprises nitrogen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen and free ammonia as well as small amounts of methane, carbon dioxide and water vapor. After being removed from the furnace, the ferrous metal is quenched. It has an outer surface layer of white, scuff-resistant, epsilon compound and an inner carbo-nitrided case containing austenitic and martensitic zone. The ferrous metal may then be treated to convert austenite to martensite or lower bainite.
