    Abstract: Systems and methods are described for creating cinematic infomercials and facilitating real estate transactions. A system receives sell interest for a property from a seller, receives a story from the owner of a real estate property, collects images and 360-degree videos of the interior and exterior of the property captured through a drone, geotags location of the property, collects neighborhoods information, and create a cinematic infomercial for the property and the environment around using a machine-assisted media editing tool. The cinematic infomercial includes a voice-over narrated story synced with 360 videos. The system facilitates the listing of the property on an online portal that allows a potential buyer to view more than 80 critical points of the property and environment around with the help of cinematic infomercial and make a buying decision. The system allows different stack holder to provide other allied services to interact through the online portal and complete the real estate transaction.

    Abstract: Instrumentation sets and methods for preparing and implanting an osteochondral allograft to a bone lesion. Instrumentation sets include a pair of guide blocks, a recipient guide block and an allograft guide block, for preparing a cavity at the bone lesion matched by a similarly sized and shaped allograft. Guide blocks provide simple and direct techniques for preparing a matching cavity, formed at the bone lesion, to a bone implant, to be secured within the cavity. Methods include use of the instrumentation to restore bone surfaces for any number of sites using any allograft source. In some cases, the bone lesion is in a humeral head and the allograft source is a talus.

A noise abatement cover for top of an engine has a textured, in-mold coated, high quality outer appearance with a core of medium density polyurethane. The method of making the cover includes applying a mold release to grained aluminum tool and applying coating to at least one side of the grained aluminum tool to form an in-mold coating on the resulting engine cover, which is preferably a single piece.
