Publication number: 20240131340Abstract: Systems and methods for generating and/or applying an adjustment for one or more parameters of a neuromodulation therapy of a user are provided. One or more physiological-based inputs of the user may be received and a therapy response score may be determined based on the one or more physiological-based inputs. At least one adjustment for one or more parameters of the neuromodulation therapy may be generated based on the therapy response score.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 16, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Malgorzata Maria Straka, Annemarie K. Publication number: 20240131338Abstract: A system is provided for informing a therapeutic procedure. In some embodiments, the system may be configured to determine specific states associated with a sleep-wake cycle of a patient. Additionally, the system may be configured to measure one or more signals with cardiac activity of the patient upon detecting the specific states of the sleep-wake cycle of the patient. Subsequently, the system may be configured to determine one or more parameters for applying an electrical signal to an anatomical element of the patient based on the one or more signals with cardiac activity. In some embodiments, the system may be configured to establish a longitudinal trend of cardiac metrics for the patient based on a plurality of signals with cardiac activity for the patient measured during the specific states of the sleep-wake cycle across a plurality of days.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 21, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Malgorzata Maria Straka, Annemarie K. Publication number: 20240131345Abstract: A system is provided for identifying and reducing noise in a therapeutic procedure. For example, the system may be configured to measure one or more signals with cardiac activity. The system may be configured to then identify one or more sources of noise that are distorting the one or more signals with cardiac activity and may reduce the one or more sources of noise from the one or more signals with cardiac activity. Subsequently, the system may be configured to determine one or more aggregate cardiac-derived metrics and/or save processed cardiac data based on the one or more signals with cardiac activity with the one or more sources of noise reduced. Additionally, the system may be configured to determine one or more parameters for applying an electrical signal to an anatomical element of a patient based on the one or more aggregate cardiac-derived metrics and/or saved processed cardiac data.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 26, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Malgorzata Maria Straka, Annemarie K. Patent number: 8727179Abstract: A box structure has a plurality of walls positioned and configured to prevent access to an interior space housing merchandise in a secure manner. A first movable wall permits manual access to a frontal portion of the interior space while at the same time moving a barrier strip to prevent manual access to other than said frontal portion of the interior space. A roll-out shelf mounts merchandise supporting modules with pushers to move merchandise toward the front of the structure where ejection mechanisms in each of the modules are able to direct selected items to the front of the structure where they can be accessed by consumers. The ejection process creates a characteristic noise to alert store personnel that products are being dispensed.Type: GrantFiled: October 1, 2010Date of Patent: May 20, 2014Assignee: RTC Industries, Inc.Inventors: Robert P. Colelli, Eric E. Oberg, Johnnie Cruz, Keith Cleland

Publication number: 20120209664Abstract: Systems and methods for processing transactional data. One embodiment provides a method including receiving data indicative of one or more past or current business transactions prior to finalization of one or more current or future transactions. The data is processed to derive individual or accumulative transactional assessment indicative of the profitability of the transaction(s). The method compares the transaction(s) assessment with a predefined benchmark to selectively raise an alert. This allows modification of the current business transaction(s) either prior or subsequent to the finalization of the transaction(s), in order to better align with the predefined benchmark. In one embodiment, when a request for a quote or price is made, the transactional data is processed to estimate the profitability of the transaction and is compared with a predetermined target profit for the transaction. Depending on how the comparison with the target data, immediate action may be taken to improve the transaction.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 30, 2010Publication date: August 16, 2012Applicants: WESLEY ENTERPRISES PTY LTD, LIDOLO PTY LTDInventors: Keith Cleland, Trevor Watters

Patent number: 7559437Abstract: A theft-deterring merchandise dispensing apparatus has a chassis configured to provide limited access to an interior space housing merchandise in a secure manner. A knob is secured to a front panel of the chassis. The knob is secured to one end of an elongate wire coil, the knob and coil rotational about a common axis. An elongate cantilevered rod is mounted on a rear panel of the chassis and extensive therefrom within the coil, the rod terminating at a free end in proximity to the front panel. Units of merchandise are slidingly secured on the rod and positioned between windings of the coil so that rotation of the coil by the knob moves the packages along the rod to exit proximate the front panel. A noise-maker creates a noise when the knob is rotated to alert store personnel that products are being dispensed.Type: GrantFiled: December 7, 2007Date of Patent: July 14, 2009Assignee: Displays Plus, Inc.Inventors: Robert P.
