The user interface may be configured to, based on a line of business of the financial institution selected using a first selectable option and a state of the information technology incident of the financial institution selected using a second selectable option, display a first portion of the plurality of questions regarding the information technology incident of the financial institution and hide a second portion of the plurality of questions regarding the information technology incident of the financial institution.
