Abstract: A compact foldable merchandising display rack having a pair of rectangular frames pivotably connected to a horizontal support, one frame being on each side of the horizontal support. A pair of half-round frames are also pivotably connected to the horizontal support. Each half-round frame is nested within the confines of the respective rectangular frame. Each frame may be moved independently from a storage position in a vertical plane to an erected position in a horizontal plane. The rack is adjustable to a selected height. Each frame may be secured in the erected position. A plurality of the racks may be nested to reduce storage area.
