  • Publication number: 20240110460
Abstract: A method may comprise introducing an ultrasonic device into a wellbore with a cement slurry therein; generating ultrasonic waves with the ultrasonic device, wherein at least a portion of the ultrasonic waves are transmitted into at least a portion of the cement slurry; creating cavitation within at least the portion of the cement slurry with at least the portion of the ultrasonic waves; and allowing the cement slurry to set to form a hardened mass.

  • Publication number: 20230151727
Abstract: A computer implemented method of predicting a future maintenance event of a pumping equipment on a wellbore pumping unit comprising loading a pump usage log and a pump maintenance log into a predictive maintenance model. The predictive maintenance model is trained by a machine learning process with a historical database of completed pumping jobs. The predictive maintenance model determines a probability of a future maintenance event in response to the current pump usage. The unit controller displays an alert of the remaining pump life in comparison to a threshold value for a recommended pump maintenance period or a required pump maintenance period.

  • Patent number: 11555139
Abstract: A method of cementing may include: measuring a feeding rate of water and a feeding rate of cement blend into a cement blender; calculating a cement retarder feeding rate and/or an accelerator feeding rate using a thickening time model, wherein the thickening time model uses at least a thickening time requirement, the feeding rate of water, and the feeding rate of cement blend, to calculate the cement retarder feeding rate and/or the accelerator feeding rate; introducing a cement retarder at the cement retarder feeding rate and/or an accelerator at the accelerator feeding rate into the cement blender; mixing at least the water, cement blend, and at least one of the cement retarder and/or the accelerator in the cement blender to provide a cement slurry; and placing the cement slurry in a wellbore.

  • Patent number: 11146642
Abstract: To reduce As difficulties associated with sub-site collaboration in hydrocarbon recovery, exploration, operation, or services environments, on-site collaboration between users is provided by including a multi-location virtual collaboration and monitoring system that enables multi-location virtual collaboration, monitoring, and data sharing, between users at sub-sites In hydrocarbon recovery, exploration operation, or services environments. A user may access real-time and stored data using one or more wearable or portable devices. Further, a user may configure data provision and data provision preferences for consumption of data In a variety of formats.

  • Publication number: 20210189836
Abstract: A virtual presence may be established to provide engagement with equipment and operators at a hydrocarbon recovery, exploration, operation, or services environments in order to reduce the expense associated with having knowledge experts, or other personnel, travel to and work at remote hydrocarbon recovery, exploration, operation, or services environments. For example, a wearable device may allow a user, such as a subject matter expert, at a virtual real time operation center to view data from equipment located at the site.
