Publication number: 20140304069Abstract: An example budget allocation process may include: determining how to allocate a budget among different content distribution mechanisms, and generating a graphical user interface showing allocations of the budget among the different content distribution mechanisms, where the graphical user interface includes elements to vary the allocations, and where the elements are movable to trigger variations in the allocations. The example process may also include: receiving an input from the graphical user interface; determining a reallocation of the budget among the different content distribution mechanisms based on the input; and updating the graphical user interface using the reallocation of the budget among the different content distribution mechanisms. The graphical user interface may be updated so that at least some of the elements and information relating to the content distribution mechanisms reflect the reallocation of the budget.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 28, 2013Publication date: October 9, 2014Inventors: Vincent P. Lacey, Keith Howard, Ido Ohad, David Norelius, Michael F. English, John P. Simons, Douglas R. Bengtson, Jesse Kinkead, Ekaterina A. Mineeva, Will Stoltzman, Lee Callender

Patent number: 8356801Abstract: A fence panel, a method of erecting the same, and a corresponding fence panel kit having a plurality of pickets and a plurality of multi-element rails. The rails include anchor strips that are pivotally pre-attached to the plurality of pickets, resulting in a subassembly that can be folded to an initial compact, folded configuration of the pickets and anchor strips. The subassembly can be unfolded, allowing elongate picket positioning strips to be mounted onto the pickets and the anchor strips. Locking strips are then mounted onto the anchor strips, securing the picket positioning strips in place and completing the assembly of the multi-element rail.Type: GrantFiled: August 21, 2009Date of Patent: January 22, 2013Inventors: Keith Howard, Joe DeSouza

Patent number: 6770855Abstract: A heater having a frame rail and clips, attached to the rail, for securing insulators for supporting a heater coil. Each clip has a main body having a structural member for securing to the rail, and having a pair of flanges symmetrical about a central axis. Each flange has a cut-out for supporting an insulator, the cut-out having an open end, a back abutment edge and a pair of side abutment edges. A bendable tab is located at either side of the open end, each having a first and a second position. In the first position an insulator is insertable into the cut-out, and the insulator is secured by bending the tabs to their second position. Optionally the main body has a cross-section that accommodates the cross section of the rail and the rail is welded to the channel. Alternatively, a plurality of clinching flaps extend from the main body, the flaps shaped and dimensioned for bending around and clinching the rail.Type: GrantFiled: April 2, 2003Date of Patent: August 3, 2004Assignee: Tutco, Inc.Inventors: Keith Howard, Jimmy L. Sherrill, Ike Walker
