  • Publication number: 20240139522
Abstract: In some examples, the disclosure relates to system, devices, and techniques for delivering electrical stimulation therapy to treat patient disorders. In some example, the disclosure is directed to a method including controlling, using processing circuitry, the delivery of an electrical stimulation therapy to a patient via a medical device, wherein the electrical stimulation therapy includes a plurality of bi-phasic pulses, each pulse of the di¬phasic pulses including a first phase followed by a second phase, and wherein the plurality 7 of bi-phasic pulses are configured to substantially block transmission of neural activity? along nerve fibers.

  • Publication number: 20240131340
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating and/or applying an adjustment for one or more parameters of a neuromodulation therapy of a user are provided. One or more physiological-based inputs of the user may be received and a therapy response score may be determined based on the one or more physiological-based inputs. At least one adjustment for one or more parameters of the neuromodulation therapy may be generated based on the therapy response score.

  • Publication number: 20240131338
Abstract: A system is provided for informing a therapeutic procedure. In some embodiments, the system may be configured to determine specific states associated with a sleep-wake cycle of a patient. Additionally, the system may be configured to measure one or more signals with cardiac activity of the patient upon detecting the specific states of the sleep-wake cycle of the patient. Subsequently, the system may be configured to determine one or more parameters for applying an electrical signal to an anatomical element of the patient based on the one or more signals with cardiac activity. In some embodiments, the system may be configured to establish a longitudinal trend of cardiac metrics for the patient based on a plurality of signals with cardiac activity for the patient measured during the specific states of the sleep-wake cycle across a plurality of days.

  • Publication number: 20240131345
Abstract: A system is provided for identifying and reducing noise in a therapeutic procedure. For example, the system may be configured to measure one or more signals with cardiac activity. The system may be configured to then identify one or more sources of noise that are distorting the one or more signals with cardiac activity and may reduce the one or more sources of noise from the one or more signals with cardiac activity. Subsequently, the system may be configured to determine one or more aggregate cardiac-derived metrics and/or save processed cardiac data based on the one or more signals with cardiac activity with the one or more sources of noise reduced. Additionally, the system may be configured to determine one or more parameters for applying an electrical signal to an anatomical element of a patient based on the one or more aggregate cardiac-derived metrics and/or saved processed cardiac data.

  • Publication number: 20140246619
Abstract: In general, the invention relates to electrode materials, e.g., novel cathode materials with high density, low cost, and high safety. A voltage design strategy based on the mixing of different transition metals in crystal structures known to be able to accommodate lithium in insertion and delithiation is presented herein. By mixing a metal active on the +2/+3 couple (e.g., Fe) with an element active on the +3/+5 or +3/+6 couples (e.g., V or Mo), high capacity multi-electron cathodes are designed in an adequate voltage window.
