  • Publication number: 20230022632
Abstract: A microscopy imaging system comprises a fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) system comprising a pulsed light source configured to direct a plurality of excitation light pulses onto a sample, a photo detector configured to detect emitted fluorescent photons created by the plurality of excitation pulses interacting with the sample, and a FLIM data acquisition system configured to measure the time interval between the excitation light pulses and the detected emitted fluorescent photons, a scanning light microscopy (SLM) system comprising a SLM data acquisition system, a fast scanning mirror and a slow scanning mirror, wherein the mirrors are configured to scan the light pulses across the sample; and a data processing system communicatively connected to the FLIM and SLM systems. Microscopy imaging methods are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20210375480
Abstract: A system for outputting a visual representation of a brain of a patient is configured to receive sensor data representing a behavior of a region of the brain of the patient. The system retrieves mapping data that maps a prediction value to the region. The prediction value is indicative of an effect on a behavior of the patient responsive to a treatment of the region, the mapping data being indexed to a patient identifier. The system receives, responsive to an application of a stimulation to the region, sensor data representing behavior of the region. The system executes a model that updates, based on the sensor data, the prediction value for the region. The system updates, responsive to executing the model, the mapping data by including the updated prediction value in the mapping data. The system outputs a visual representation of the updated mapping data comprising the updated prediction value.

  • Patent number: 10803601
Abstract: An image processing method for determining and reporting a velocity of a plurality of objects in a space-time image includes: providing an imager to acquire a plurality of images of a line; receiving a plurality of images; generating a space-time image from the plurality of images of the line; applying a mask to a subset image of the space-time image to provide a masked subset area; generating a rotational look up table of intensity values of pixels of columns and rows of the masked subset area; generating a radon transform for each subset image; computing a velocity of a plurality of objects in the subset image based on the radon transform; repeating the step of applying a mask to the step of computing a velocity; and displaying the velocity of a plurality of objects overlaying the space-time image substantially in real-time as the plurality of images are acquired.
