  • Patent number: 7950726
Abstract: An air ride system is provided for tractors and other agricultural vehicles to provide a smooth operator ride. The system includes a bracket mounted to the transmission housing beneath the cab. A pair of shock absorbers and a pair of air bags extend between the bracket and the cab so as to absorb forces generated during travel of the vehicle over the ground. A laterally extending control rod provides anti-sway for the cab. Stop members limit the upward and downward travel of the cab relative to the transmission housing. A compressor and air lines allow air to be supplied to or removed from the air bags to adjust the ride.

  • Publication number: 20030055677
Abstract: An Internet-based utility management system that presents estimated utility prices, usage terms, and a predicted load profile to a customer. The estimated utility prices include predicted prices of a utility during certain future periods of time. The usage terms include a utility usage threshold for each certain future period of time below which the estimated price applies. The predicted load profile includes predicted utility usage of the customer for each certain future period of time and presented such that any variation between the usage terms and the predicted load profile is readily apparent.

  • Publication number: 20020010754
Abstract: Remote access to a non-Internet enabled software application for displaying utility data is enabled by providing a host system capable of communicating with a client system over an Internet connection. The host system has an Internet-ready framework, and the non-Internet enabled software application is embedded in the Internet-ready framework locally on the host system. Selective access is permitted to the host system by the client system to access and run the non-Internet enabled software application to display utility data.

  • Patent number: 6017377
Abstract: A reusable filter for use in a spray paint booth is advanced which includes a frame supporting a series of equally spaced horizontal vanes. Each vane is formed to have a shape which reduces clogging of the front face of the filter and forces the air stream to make successive directional changes to thereby effectively remove particulates from the air stream. Three sides of the frame are equipped with a bendable lip that provides a fluid tight seal between the wall and the frame. The fourth side of the frame is formed with access holes enabling paint particulates and liquid cleanser to be quickly removed from between the vanes. The filter is made of a polymeric material which is impervious to solids and can be cleaned by any cleaner normally used to remove paint from a surface.

  • Patent number: 5341731
Abstract: A mobile, hydraulic-powered device for compacting the contents of containers, preferably 55 gallon drums. The compactor comprises a haulable frame having a pair of wheels, a compaction housing, two hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic pump for operating the cylinders, a motor for operating the pump, and a complete system of operational control valves. The first hydraulic cylinder is mounted on top of the compaction housing and operates to drive a compaction plate down into a container positioned within the housing. The second hydraulic cylinder is pivotally mounted to the frame and is used to move the compaction housing between an operating position on the ground behind the frame and a transporting position up over the frame. Also, the compactor minimizes excess movement and the release of container liquids during compacting operation, which can apply a force of up to 1000 psi.
