Abstract: A mobile object communication system is configured with the assumption that a base station is fixed. Therefore, signal quality becomes unstable if the base station moves freely. Provided is a control apparatus controlling a relay apparatus that is mounted in a mobile object and relays communication between a base station and a communication terminal, including a mobile object information acquiring section that acquires mobile object information indicating a state of the mobile object and a control section that controls the relay apparatus based on the mobile object information. If the movement speed of the mobile object is judged to be less than a predetermined value, the control section may generate a relay control signal indicating that a relay function of the relay apparatus is to be activated.

The method also includes creating, by the object search machine, a protocol query based upon the persistence query, the protocol query having a second query format, the second query format distinct from the first query format. The method additionally includes utilizing, by the object search machine, the protocol query to request at least one object associated with the protocol query from the data storage system.

Enkurin binds to TRPCs including TRPC2-S, a protein encoded by TRPC2 that is not predicted to be a calcium channel subunit. The invention includes methods of identifying compounds that affect enkurin expression or activity, and are useful, e.g., for contraception and treatment of infertility.

Abstract: An improved snow moving apparatus has a semi-cylindrical body and side plates that form an inner cavity that is impermeable by snow. The apparatus has a pushing scraper and a pulling scraper. The pushing scraper is in contact with the ground when the apparatus is in pushing mode and the pulling scraper is in contact with the ground with the apparatus is in pulling mode. The scrapers are adjustably attached to either the side plates or the body or both so that the level of the scrapers can be easily adjusted when the blades wear down through use.
