Abstract: To address the complexity associated with matching telehealth consult requests with appropriate providers, a telehealth platform in accordance with the disclosure employs a multi-level matching system that first divides a set of consultation requests into one or more subsets or “virtual waiting rooms” having certain consultation criteria in common. The matching system then orders or prioritizes the requests within each virtual waiting room according to certain other criteria, such as urgency. Providers are assigned to one or more waiting rooms based on whether their provider profiles satisfy the consultation criteria of each waiting room. In addition, the set of providers assigned to a virtual waiting room may be ordered or prioritized according to further criteria. The highest priority provider assigned to a virtual waiting room may then be matched with the highest priority consultation request within that waiting room.

Abstract: Systems and methods may display an advertisement on a mobile computing device comprising a processor and a memory. An application module coupled to the processor may be constructed and arranged to identify at least one application of the mobile computing device and store a database including at least one listing of the at least one application in the memory. A queue module coupled to the processor may be constructed and arranged to build a queue of the at least one application from the at least one listing in the database. A listener module coupled to the processor may be constructed and arranged to identify at least one broadcast event generated by the processor and associated with the at least one installed application and display at least one advertisement in response to the at least one broadcast event.

Abstract: A system and method for dynamically allocating human resources to a project plan is provided. Audit data associated with legacy planning processes may be analyzed in order to estimate an amount of work effort, a cost, or other information associated with various resources (e.g., the resource may be assigned a relative value based on skills maturity, experience, overall repertoire, or other factors). As such, a more accurate assessment of a given project plan may be created, thereby providing various advantages, such as minimizing risks, improving confidence in estimates or proposals, improving return on investment calculations, maximizing profitability per project, or effectively identifying which projects should be allocated to skilled workers, entry level or lower skilled workers, or otherwise.

Abstract: An oil or other fluid filter is shown, having a filter path, a filter element, a bypass passage, and a pressure relief valve controlling the flow of a fluid through the bypass passage. The pressure relief valve has a seat, a valve seal, and spring legs. The spring legs are generally circumferentially spaced about the valve seal. The spring legs have proximal portions secured to the valve seal and more distal portions bearing against an upstream wall of the bypass passage. This bearing relation biases the valve seal against the lip to normally close the valve unless it is opened by a large pressure drop across the valve. In an optional embodiment, the valve seal and the spring legs can be formed together as a single piece of material, for example spring metal.

Abstract: A fluid filter system includes a first segment and a second segment. The first segment includes a filter medium, a notch adapted to engage a detent, and a first actuation member. The second segment includes a detent engageable with the notch to secure the first segment to the second segment, and a second actuation member. The detent is moveable between a locked position and an unlocked position, and is normally biased into the locked position. The second actuation member is configured to cooperate with the first actuation member in order to move the detent between the locked and unlocked positions.

Abstract: A drain receptacle configured to drain fluid from a filtering device having first and second fluid passages, includes a base that may be integrally formed with upstanding walls, wherein a retention cavity is defined between the base and the upstanding walls, and a draining member extending from the base within the retention cavity. The draining member is configured to unseal or otherwise open at least one of the first and second fluid passages when the filtering device is secured to the drain receptacle in order to drain fluid within the filtering device into the retention cavity.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an oil filter system that is quick and easy to connect and disconnect from an engine. In general, embodiments of the present invention provide a system and method of quickly and efficiently changing an oil filter without using a tool.

Abstract: Online information resources are searched. The system acts an assistant to the user during the search of online resources by pursuing search paths that the user did not recognize, or was unable to pursue due to time or skill limitations. After constructing a preliminary model of the user's information need the system identifies a number of unexplored leads and pursues them with a user-defined level of autonomy. Pursuing leads may involve the exploitation of any number of heuristics through automated advanced query construction and Web crawling methods. Documents discovered during the search are evaluated for likely utility and presented to the user. Both explicit feedback and inferences drawn from the user's interaction with online information are used to continually refine the model of the user's information need thereby redirecting the search system.

Abstract: An oil filter system includes an oil filter module and an adapter. The oil filter module includes a detent and an actuator. The adapter includes a protuberance and is configured to be secured to the engine. The oil filter module connects to the adapter when the detent secures to the protuberance as the oil filter module is urged into a connection position with the adapter. The oil filter module disconnects from the adapter when the actuator is actuated, thereby disengaging the detent from the protuberance.

Abstract: A computer-based system for using a relational database to dynamically configure an application program easily comprises a relational database including first table means containing first data, second table means containing configuration data, and an engine coupled to the relational database for using the configuration data to configure manipulation of the first data. The engine uses the configuration data to configure the appearance of the user interface, to configure the fields being displayed, to configure the expected type of information to be received, to configure the privileges of the user, to configure the column headers, etc.
