Publication number: 20210012335Abstract: A method for using blockchain technology to ensure the authenticity of real estate prospective earnings assets includes packing the assets to form a digital asset package that meets certain conditions. The asset package, also referred to as an asset-backed security, may be exchanged based on the up-to-date condition of the asset package. The methods ensure the authenticity of transactions so that the data cannot be tampered with. The methods can open the door of financing from public offering markets to small and medium-sized enterprises and help these enterprises to use asset-backed securitization to solve their financing issues. The methods can also be used to create the assets for digitization and upload on the blockchain. Credit verification of assets may include various steps and the verification data may be stored in blocks and put on the blockchain. The methods can also support an ongoing flow of dynamic information about the asset.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 8, 2019Publication date: January 14, 2021Inventors: Shao Kang ZHU, Gu CHEN, Jun BIAN, Keith WENG

Publication number: 20200342530Abstract: A method for combining a dynamic asset package with a pool of assets prevents problems and reduces risks with asset-backed securities. The dynamic package can support removing and replacing an individual asset so that problematic assets can be replaced, thus maintaining asset package value transparently. Updates to the asset package can be recorded on the blockchain to prevent tampering. With an appropriately maintained extensive pool of assets, the methods can provide good candidates available to replace bad assets in various packages, allowing the reliable maintenance of packages at the expected quality. The pool of assets and the asset packages can be managed such that the expected flow of new assets will be sufficient to maintain the quality of the defined packages. The resulting dynamic asset package will be of good quality and the risks will be much lower than that found in conventional static asset packages.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 29, 2019Publication date: October 29, 2020Inventors: Shao Kang ZHU, Gu CHEN, Jun BIAN, Keith WENG

Publication number: 20200342528Abstract: A method for using blockchain technology to ensure the authenticity of assets includes packing the assets to form a digital asset package that meets certain conditions. The asset package, also referred to as an asset-backed security, may be exchanged based on the up-to-date condition of the asset package. The methods further ensure the authenticity of transactions so that the data cannot be tampered with. The methods can open the door of financing from public offering markets to small and medium-sized enterprise and help these enterprises to use asset-backed securitization to solve their financing issues. The methods can also be used to create the assets for digitization and upload on the blockchain. Publication number: 20200342529Abstract: A method for creating assets for digitization and upload on the blockchain include a verification of assets that can include various steps, including public record verification and verification via other platforms, utilizing multiple cross-checks as available. This verification data may be stored in blocks and put on the blockchain. Through these methods, strong and safe digitized assets can be provided with real, highly transparent and authoritative public trusted data that cannot be tampered with. The methods can be expected to increase the current three percent of assets that are suitable for securitization via asset-backed securitization to upwards of thirty percent. The methods show, with trust, that the digital asset is a real and true asset before it is placed on the blockchain. The methods can also support an ongoing flow of dynamic information about the asset to much better reflect its current value.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 29, 2019Publication date: October 29, 2020Inventors: Shao Kang ZHU, Gu CHEN, Jun BIAN, Keith WENG

Patent number: 7035943Abstract: Changes to files in a master source file set on a master computer are identified. Local host addresses of the files are converted to uniform resource locators. The identified changes are stored in a modification list comprising the uniform resource locators specifying changed files of the master source file set. The modification list is transmitted to one or more computers, notifying the one or more computers that the master source file set has changed. A response is received from at least one of the one or more computers, indicating that the identified changes are installed. An alert is issued indicating that a copying of the changes by an agent in at least one of the one or more computers has failed, to cause a traffic manager that redirects traffic to decrease requests made to a web server on the computer having the agent.Type: GrantFiled: August 19, 1999Date of Patent: April 25, 2006Assignee: Yahoo! Publication number: 20030041093Abstract: This invention relates to managing multiple web servers, and more particularly to a web service system and method that allows a system operator to distribute content to each web server in the web service system and notifying a computer, such as a cache server, of content changes. In one embodiment, a method for notifying a computer of changed files includes identifying changes in a source file set, storing the identified changes in a modification list comprising uniform resource locators specifying the changed files, and transmitting the modification list to a computer. In another embodiment, a method for replicating changes in a source file set on a destination file system and for notifying a computer of the changes includes identifying changes in a source file set, storing the changes in a first modification list, and transmitting the first modification list to an agent having access to a destination file system.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 19, 1999Publication date: February 27, 2003Inventors: STANLEY YAMANE, SWAPNIL SHAH, KEITH WENG, ARTHUR MATEOS, MARCO LARA, JASON DEBETTENCOURT
