  • Patent number: 8602762
Abstract: In a resin granulating apparatus of the present invention, a bracket extending in the outward radial direction over an outer peripheral surface of a sleeve is provided for the sleeve for rotatably supporting a cutter shaft of a cutter for shearing a material extruded from a die. Stopper means cooperating with the bracket to regulate movement of the sleeve toward the die and moving a regulation position in the axial direction is provided on the radially outer side over an outer diameter of the sleeve. With such a configuration, installation space is compactified so as to additionally provide the stopper means in the existing facilities, and a position of the cutter relative to a die surface is precisely adjusted so as to stably produce a pellet of a best shape.

  • Patent number: 8015885
Abstract: A torque detector (16) is provided with first and second units (38, 39). The first unit (38) includes a first synthetic resin (40) formed by molding a pair of magnetic flux collector rings (34A, 34B). The second unit (39) includes a second synthetic resin (41) fixed to a magnetic shield plate (37B) containing a metal; an insertion protruding part (44) arranged on the synthetic resin (41); and magnetic sensors (35A, 35B) held by the insertion protruding part (44). The first synthetic resin (40) includes a receiving plate (38a) whereupon a base (38e) for receiving the magnetic shield plate (37B) is formed. In a status where the receiving plate (38a) exists between the magnetic shield plate (37B) and an object (30) to be attached, both the magnetic shield plate (37B) and the receiving plate (38a) are fastened to the object (30) by a pair of fixing screws (32).

  • Patent number: 7886619
Abstract: A torque detecting apparatus includes two magnetism collecting rings cylindrical portions enclosing a magnetic circuit forming member provided on a rotating body and a magnetism sensitive device disposed between the protruding pieces protruding from parts of the cylindrical portions in an radially outward direction of the cylindrical portions. It includes a regulating body for regulating a relative position between the magnetism sensitive device and the protruding pieces respectively. This regulating body includes two inserting recesses into which each of protruding pieces is inserted respectively, each recess having a prismatic shape. It also has a connecting part connecting inner edges of apertures of the inserting recesses to each other. It also has a holding part holding the magnetism sensitive device between the inserting recesses.

  • Patent number: 7591341
Abstract: An electric power steering apparatus is provided with a worm which is a driving gear interlocked with an electric motor for assisting steering, and a worm wheel which is a driven gear having an annular teeth body made of synthetic resin meshing with the worm and a metallic core body coupling the annular teeth body and is attached to the steering shaft. Protrusions are provided on a side surface of the annular teeth body in a face width direction at a plurality of circumferential positions from which a distance to a center of rotation is different from each other, and stirred lubricating fats and oils applied around the worm wheel. As a result, the lubricating fats and oils can be moved to between tooth surfaces of a meshing portion between the worm and worm wheel.
