Abstract: A transfer model training method and apparatus, and a fault detection method and apparatus are provided, and relate to the field of artificial intelligence. The transfer model training method includes: obtaining to-be-processed data (301), where the to-be-processed data includes unlabeled data from a target domain and labeled data from a source domain; obtaining a plurality of data segments of each dimension of data in the to-be-processed data (302), where the plurality of data segments are not the same; and training a transfer model based on the plurality of data segments, to obtain a trained transfer model (303). According to the method, both an overall feature of the to-be-processed data and a local feature hidden between the data segments can be obtained. This can effectively improve accuracy of data processing.

Abstract: Example methods and apparatus for locating a root cause alarm are described. One example method includes obtaining an alarm correlation rule of a telecommunications network. The alarm correlation rule is split to obtain candidate root cause rules. Time sequence information of the candidate root cause rules are determined based on historical alarm data of the telecommunications network.

The method includes receiving at a local broadband wireless router data traffic to be forwarded to a broadband network and acquiring over a wireless communications link current bandwidth utilization rates for one or more neighboring broadband wireless routers. Based at least in part on the current bandwidth utilization rate of the local router and the current bandwidth utilization rate acquired from the one or more neighboring wireless routers, the data traffic is forwarded to the broadband network over a broadband interface of the local router or to a selected one of the neighboring routers over a wireless interface of the local router.
